The best way to learn is...........experience
what is the best way for you to learn English well ? ( write about 300 words )
oh, for me, no way is better than self-study. uh huh! i am obsolutely yes that it also depend on the way that you were taught by teacher. Diffirent teachers have diffirent teaching methods. Moreover, the lecture's long can also makes students be tired and cant concentrate on the listening lesson.
about yourself, we have some difficulties about vocab, pronunciation, grammar, so on. therefore the first way is try your best to "chew" the dictionary. In addition, you should focus on English more than, don't think that is compulsory subject in your school. let 's consider it is your favourite subject, and really want to improve your English.
these are my opinions,
maybe diffirent one have difirent thoughts.
so i'm looking foward to another idea.
THANKS FOR LISTENING
Completing university education is thought by some to be the best way to get a good job. On the other hand, other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important.
Discuss both sides and give your opinion.
I think both of the above ideas are good and beneficial. But my opinion is that getting more experience and developing skills is more important because as we see now in today's society there are students university students who studied for 3 years and 4 years got a diploma but still did not have a stable job. While there were students who did not go to university and still got accepted. Why is that? In the working environment Currently, the most necessary and important thing is the experience of each person. If you have to recruit employees between two people. One person has completed 4 years of college and graduated but never collided, no experience. One side is a person with long experience. Of course, they will hire an experienced person because they hire employees, the staff is not to teach them but to let them work. If a person no work experience will make them work in a panic and everything will go wrong, but on the other hand seasoned people will do the job. Simple and well done. So in college years, let's try to collide many jobs to have a lot of experience, don't be delusional about a university degree and dream job ''light job'' high salary" of my own. Try to collide as many jobs and then draw experience to show that we should choose a suitable profession.

In my opinion, learning and gaining experience are both essential for a good job. If we do not have knowledge, especially basic knowledge. Without knowledge, we will find it difficult to get a job. Without experience, it is very difficult for us to complete the work that has not been learned, the lessons that have not been taught in school. We should go to practice in some companies and factories to gain more experience. In short, the knowledge and experience we all need to get a good job. Must constantly acquire new knowledge and gain more experience.
Most employers do job interviews before offering a position to a person. Do you think this is the best way to do it, or are there better alternatives? What is the best method of choosing employees in your opinion? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
In most cases the interview is the last hurdle that an applicant has to clear before landing a job. Interviews probably aren’t a foolproof method of selecting candidates; however, I can’t suggest any better alternatives.
An employer can’t fully assess a candidate’s capabilities, personality or character during an interview. Several personality development centers now prepare candidates for interviews. They are taught how to answer questions that are frequently asked during interviews. Sometimes a candidate who possesses better qualifications may fail to get the job because of his poor performance in the interview.
However, I don’t think that interviews should be done away with. Employers all over the world use this selection process to find the best candidates. This is a clear indication that interviews are an efficient method of selecting good candidates.
In my opinion, interviews should not be the only criterion for selecting candidates. They should be used in conjunction with written examinations during which a candidate’s proficiency in various subjects can be assessed. In addition, candidates should be asked to participate in debates or group discussions. Their real personality and leadership skills will come to the fore during these events.
To conclude, the interview is not a flawed recruitment process. It isn’t perfect but it certainly has more merits than demerits. In fact, when interviews are used in conjunction with other personality tests, they will definitely help businesses find the best candidates. Organisations should also consider hiring fresh graduates on a probationary basis. Those who deliver excellent performance during the probationary period should be hired to fill permanent positions.

Read the essay. What is the writer's conclusion about school?
Is school the best place to learn?
There are many alternatives to school, such as homeschooling or studying online. But is school the best place for young people to learn?
In my opinion, it's better to learn in school for several reasons. Firstly, in school, students often have to work together, so they learn from each other and become sociable. Secondly, school students must obey rules. This provides a structured day where students attend classes in a wide variety of subjects. They learn the importance of doing work on time and preparing for exams. This teaches them how to behave in society and future jobs. Finally, at school, students have the chance to participate in team sports and other projects that involve a group of people.
To conclude, students learn many things and in many ways at school. All in all, I think school is the best place to learn.
The writer's conclusion about school is: Students learn many things and in many ways at school. School is the best place to learn.
