In Loc Vuong Ward, Nam Dinh City, Nam Dinh Province, Tran Temple Festival is held from 15th to 20th of the eighth lunar month every year in Loc Vuong ward, Nam Dinh city, Nam Dinh province to gratitude for the work of 14 Tran kings. Since 2000, Nam Dinh has held the Opening Ceremony of Tran Temple at dawn on January 15.
