Nhìn qua là phải xác định đựoc "complain" sai, vì nó là verb mà ở vị trí B đó phải dùng danh từ mới đúng. "complaint" là danh từ của "complain"

- Sử dụng amount khi nói về danh từ ko đếm được, có nghĩa không thể tính toán mà ko sử dụng đơn vị đo lường. Ví dụ: the amount of water (Mặc dù có thể nói là 1 liter of water nhưng bạn không thể tự đếm nước mà không sử dụng đơn vị lít)

- Sử dụng number khi nói về danh từ đếm được, có nghĩa bạn có thể đếm chính xác là bao nhiêu.

Ví dụ: the number of books (Bạn hoàn toàn có thể đếm: 1 quyển sách, 2 quyển sách... mà không cần sử dụng đơn vị đo lường)
