b, Đặt \(\frac{a}{b}=\frac{c}{d}=k\Rightarrow a=bk,c=dk\)

Có: \(\left(\frac{a-b}{c-d}\right)^2=\left(\frac{bk-b}{dk-d}\right)^2=\left[\frac{b\left(k-1\right)}{d\left(k-1\right)}\right]^2=\left(\frac{b}{d}\right)^2\left(1\right)\)

PTHĐGĐ là:

1/2x^2-mx+2m+1=0

Δ=(-m)^2-4*1/2(2m+1)

=m^2-4m-2

Để (P) tiêp xúc (d) thì m^2-4m-2=0

=>\(m=2\pm\sqrt{6}\)

⇔ ∆´ = 0

⇔ m² - 4m - 2 = 0

∆´ = 4 + 2 = 6

m₁ = 2 + √6

m₂ = 2 - √6

Vậy m = 2 + √6; m = 2 - √6 thì (P) và (d) tiếp xúc
