Today I’d like to talk to you about Harry Potter which is one of my favourite films. It was a fiction film telling a story about people in the wizarding world. The central character was Harry Potter, who used to be an orphan in the normal world before discovering that he was a wizard. Afterwards, he went to a special school called Howard where he taught him necessary skills to succeed in the wizarding world. He also had to deal with challenges in terms of study, friendship, love and even the fight against dark power. Harry Potter was recommended as a masterpiece that made me feel curious about it. Moreover, I had read the original novel before, and I really can’t put it down. So I guess the film would be as attractive as the book. I think the most important reason why I enjoyed this film was that it made me feel adventurous. It was really a fantastic film.

Over time we live and develop, each of us will choose a unique habit. My friends have a habit of playing games on the weekends. Personally, I have a habit of reading in my free time every day.  This habit of mine is formed from the shape of my hobby. Since childhood I have enjoyed reading. The types of books that I often read are books about life, manners, and economics. Ever since I could read, I have always enjoyed reading. However, when I was a kid, the kind of books I read were usually comic books. Currently, studying time is quite busy so I don’t have a fixed time for reading. However, whenever I have time I will read. I usually carry a book that I am half-reading in my bag. This ensures I can read ns anywhere and at any suitable time.        Từ ngày xưa, rừng đã được coi là tài sản quý báu vào bậc nhất mà thiên nhiên ban tặng cho con người. Trong thực tế, rừng đã đem lại nhiều lợi ích to lớn. Ông cha ta đã nhận xét giá trị của rừng qua câu: Rừng vàng, biển bạc.

       Trước hết, rừng là nguồn cung cấp nhiều loại lâm sản quý giá cần thiết cho cuộc sống. Nói đến rừng là người ta nghĩ ngay đến gỗ. Từ đinh, lim, sến, táu cứng bền như sắt (được gọi là tứ thiết) có độ bền hàng ngàn năm là nguyên liệu để xây dựng đình chùa, lăng tẩm, đến lát chun, cẩm lai, vàng tâm, giáng hương... rất được ưa chuộng để làm đồ gia dụng, đồ thủ công mĩ nghệ và để làm nhà cửa. Từ cây gỗ chống lò trong hầm mỏ đến cành củi, mẩu than... tất cả đều từ rừng mà ra.

       Ngày nay, với khoa học kĩ thuật tiên tiến, hiện đại, con người đã chế tạo ra nhiều nguyên liệu tổng hợp giống gỗ từ các sản phẩm hoá học, nhưng vẫn không thể thay thế được vai trò của gỗ lấy từ rừng. Tre, nứa, trúc, mai, vầu... cùng với gỗ là nguyên liệu chính để sản xuất giấy và hàng ngàn vật dụng quen thuộc khác.  

       Rừng còn cung cấp hàng trăm sản vật quý hiếm khác. Nhiều loại cây cỏ của rừng là những vị thuốc đem lại sức khoẻ và sự sống cho con người. Không thể kể hết những nguồn lợi do rừng đem lại.

       Rừng còn giữ vai trò điều hoà khí hậu, bảo vệ sự sống. Rừng cây xanh bạt ngàn là lá phổi khổng lồ thanh lọc không khí, cung cấp nguồn dưỡng khí duy trì sự sống cho con người. Có loại rừng chắn gió, chắn cát ven biển. Có loại rừng ngăn nước lũ trên núi. Rừng giúp con người hạn chế thiên tai. Đặc biệt, rừng là khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên vô giá với hàng ngàn loài chim, loài thú, loài cây quý giá, là nguồn đề tài nghiên cứu bất tận cho các nhà sinh vật học.

       Đối với dân tộc Việt Nam, rừng còn gắn chặt với từng chặng đường lịch sử. Trong những cuộc kháng chiến chống ngoại xâm, rừng trở thành căn cứ cách mạng : Rừng che bộ đội, rừng vây quân thù. Trong thời bình, rừng là nơi nghỉ ngơi, an dưỡng, là điểm tham quan du lịch của mọi người.

       Rừng đem lại nhiều lợi ích như thế nhưng con người chưa biết bảo vệ nguồn lợi quý giá từ rừng. Bọn lâm tặc săn lùng gỗ quý khắp nơi. Muốn lấy một cây gỗ, chúng sẵn sàng chặt phá hàng trăm cây cối to nhỏ xung quanh. Vì tiền, chúng bẫy hổ, săn gấu, bò tót, hươu, nai, lợn rừng... ngay cả trong mùa sinh sản. Tập quán đốt rừng làm rẫy của đồng bào miền núi đã thu hẹp rất nhiều diện tích rừng. Nguy hại của việc làm đó là phá huỷ vành đai rừng phòng hộ, dẫn đến hiểm hoạ sạt núi, lở đất và những cơn lũ lớn không thể nào ngăn chặn được, gây ra hậu quả ghê gớm khó lường.

       Khai thác rừng để phục vụ cuộc sống con người là việc làm cần thiết, nhưng muốn hưởng lợi ích lâu dài thì con người phải biết bảo vệ rừng. Cùng với việc chặt cây lấy gỗ, chúng ta phải biết trồng cây gây rừng. Khai thác lâm sản cũng phải có kế hoạch, có mức độ, nếu không, chẳng mấy chốc mà tài nguyên rừng cạn kiệt. Khi đó, thử hỏi con người lấy gì để chống đỡ với gió, với cát, với nước lũ... và lấy đâu ra rừng vàng cho con cháu mai sau?

       Để bảo vệ rừng, Nhà nước ta đã có pháp lệnh cụ thể về khai thác rừng. Với sự ủng hộ của các tổ chức bảo vệ môi trường trên thế giới, phong trào thực hiện vườn rừng, phủ xanh đất trống đồi trọc... đang được tiến hành rộng khắp. Chúng ta hi vọng rằng rừng Việt Nam sẽ được bảo tổn và ngày càng phát triển.
