I have a friend. She is Hoa. She loves fast food and junk food. Her parents are often on business trips so she often orders food online. She says she usually eats whenever she feels hungry. For example  night, afternoon, near noon. She also loves carbonated water and canned milk teas. She usually eats breakfast with noodles and drinks soft drinks. She usually eats fried chicken, fried potatoes, spicy noodles, fried beef with cheese sauce. I find this way of eating unscientific and harmful to health. I think there should be only one or two protein-rich meals for each meal, then you must have a vegetable dish, and should eat rice to avoid getting hungry quickly. I think she should eat cereal in the morning, rice and meat and vegetables at lunch, and eat rice with fish and soup for dinner.

I have a breakfast is in the morning, a lunch is in the noon and a dinner is in the evening: In the morning, I often eat bread or rice and drinking fruit drink, sometimes I eat porridge. In the noon, I often eat rice with foods and in the evening, I eat rice with foods, too. I also eat snacks in the afternoon in everyday, I sometimes eat with my friends and we very happy. I always drinking milk at before go to bed in the evening. I also eat fruit, because they are delicious and nutritious.

My partner, Minh, has a quite unhealthy eating habits. He usually eats nothing in the morning if he has to go to school. Sometimes in the day off, he eats hamburgers and instant noodles, which are not good for health. During the day in the school, he often has fast foods and cocacola even for lunch. He said he likes fast foods and canned foods and always buy them in the supermarket. He also doesn’t eat vegetables and fish. He loves fried chicken and chips.

I have given him some advice and he has promised to try a new more healthy diet. I suggest he drink water instead of cocacola, eat much fish and vegetables. He can try beans and peas cause they are not fatty but very nutrient. Besides, he should stop consuming so many fast foods. He had better do some exercises if he wants to lose weight and keeps fit and healthy.

Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people, changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.
I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when i feel that i have to.
I snack all the time. It's a very bad habbit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad and unhealthy for our body.
But the good thing is that i eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins, carbohydrates.
And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to change from bad to a good habbit: e
at fruit for dessert instead of cookies.

Having a good eating habit will bring you a goo health and a lot of energy. Here are some tips to have a good eating habit: 

Eat a variety of vegetables, especially dark green, red, and orange vegetables (3 or more servings a day).

Eat a variety of fruits (2 or more servings a day).

Eat whole-grain, high-fiber breads and cereals (3 to 6 servings a day). Reduce or eliminate refined or processed carbohydrates; most of the grains in your diet should be whole grains.

Should drink fat-free or low-fat milk and eat low-fat dairy products.

Choose from a variety of low-fat sources of protein — including eggs, beans, poultry without skin, seafood, lean meats, unsalted nuts, seeds, and soy products. If you eat meat, eat white meat at least four times more often than red meat.

Reduce intake of saturated fats and trans-fats (such as partially hydrogenated oil) as much as possible.

Use vegetable oils (like olive or canola oil) instead of solid fats.

Reduce daily intake of salt or sodium. Reduce to less than 1,500 mg. per day if you are older than 50, or have hypertension, diabetes or chronic kidney disease.

Restrict or eliminate "junk food" — foods that contain refined white flour, solid fats or trans fats, added sugars, and are high in sodium.

Restrict or eliminate sodas and other sugar-added drinks that are high in calories and contain few or no nutrients.

If you drink alcoholic beverages, do so in moderation. Drink only when it doesn't put you or anyone else at risk.

People in my village love delicious food and they often have three meals a day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At about 7.00 a.m, they usually have a light breakfast with a bowl of pho or cereal with milk. Sometimes they have a bowl of instant noodles or a plate of sticky rice before going to work. Luch often start at about 11.30 a.m. They often have rice, meat, fish and fresh vegetables for lunch. Dinner often start at 6.00 p.m with rice, lots of vegetables, some meat and fish. Then they often have some fruits and some coffee or tea. I think food in my village is tasty and healthy. And it's nutritious, too.
