Vậy pt vô nghiệm.

$x^2-3x-28=0$
$\Leftrightarrow x^2+4x-7x-28=0$
$\Leftrightarrow x(x+4)-7(x+4)=0$

Đẳng thức xảy ra khi và chỉ khi:

Vậy pt có nghiệm duy nhất \(x=3\)
