- Food and drink are the things we need every day. So to keep healthy, we need to do a lots of things. Our body is very sensitive so I usually do exercises in the morning and drink over 1 litres water a day. We should have a good diet, too. Every days just eat enough meat because we need vitamins in vegetables. Don't eat too much or eat too little.
