(Câu ước ở Tương lai: S + wish(es) + (that) + S + would/could + Vo + ...)

5. read => was reading.

(Thì Quá khứ tiếp diễn: Diễn tả hành động đang xảy ra trong quá khứ thì hành động khác xen vào, hành động đang xảy ra - Quá khư tiếp diễn, hành động xen vào - Quá khứ đơn: S + V(QKĐ) + ... + while + S + V(QKTD) và When + S + V(QKĐ), S + V(QKTD)...)

6. fastly => fast.

(Trong cách thành lập trạng từ, có 5 quy tắc từ không tuân theo cách thành lập, trong đó có từ fast khi quy về trạng từ thì giữ nguyên không biến đổi)

7. so => too.

(Cấu trúc: S + V + too + adj/adv + (for smb) + to + Vo...)

8. knew => have known.

(Dấu hiệu for a long time của Hiện tại hoàn thành nên động từ ở thì Hiện tại hoàn thành)
