You can burn fat by doing this simple exercise routine. To begin with, do star jumps for 20 seconds. Then, take a one-minute rest. After that, stand on one leg for 10 seconds. Repeat on the opposite side. After taking one-minute rest, do squats. Take one-minute rest and finally run on the spot for 20 seconds.
Work in groups. Take turns demonstrating the exercise routine and giving instructions to the rest of your group so they can do the exercise with you.

I get up at 7 o'clock in the morning. I brush my teeth, get dressed and eat breakfast. Then I'm going with my mum to school. At 8:30 I start lessons. When I'm done I'm going to home lessons my aunt. I eat dinner and wait for my mum finished work. When my mother finished work dad go home. Then I do my homework. Later, I read books, play computer games or watch TV. In the evening eat dinner, brush my teeth, bathe and go to sleep.
Every morning from Monday to Saturday, I get up at 6 o'clock. After breakfast, I go to school by bicycle. It takes me about 20 minutes from my house to get to my school. Usually, I study at school until 11:30 a.m. I return home at noon to have lunch with my family. In the afternoon I attend English and computer classes. I always get home just in time for dinner at 7:30 p.m. After eating, I went to study, finished studying, I went to the movies. When I finished watching the movie, I went to brush my teeth and go to sleep.
