When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

I like a modern city life, where I can expand everything in the future. However, everything has both good sides and bad ones. City is a place where life has always become modern and freedom. In there, there are many up-to-date houses and streets are often crowded. We can go shopping and buy everything what we need. If we are sick, we can go to the best hospital or find to the own doctors. Moreover, we can receive education in schools, colleges and universities. There are many entertainments such as parks, museums and so on. Additionally, people in the city approach much informations from social media, adverting. On the other hand, city life is very fast and busy. Everybody always try their best for a better life, a better luck and a better opportunity. Although the city has modern vehicles, it make air pollution. It is a significant contributor to the degration of life quality. I think we should have many solutions to take to tackle these important problems.

 Last summer, the suns like to burn the whole sky so my family decided to plan an outing relieve the heat.
 Me and my family prepared everything perfectly for the best outing. When we got there, we changed our clothes and ran to the beach to play intreresting game like: build sand castle, throwing ball,...We also ate seafood and stayed in hotels. My favorite memory is walking along the beach and watching the sunrise. 
 It was enjoyable outing and I hope to come back angain!

Con đường làng đất đỏ uốn mình qua những rặng cây xanh trông như một dải lụa đào mềm mại. Quê hương tôi là một vùng nông thôn yên bình. Ở đó có một dòng sông xanh biếc đã gắn bó với người dân nơi đây từ lúc cất tiếng khóc chào đời. Nước sông quanh năm trong vắt soi bóng vạn vật. Xung quanh bờ sông là những lũy tre xanh rì rào. THỉnh thoảng có vài cơn gió thoảng qua làm cho mặt sông rung động, gợn nước lăn tăn. Vào những buổi tối mùa hè yên tĩnh, dòng sông như khoác trên mình tấm áo được dệt nên bởi muôn ngàn vì sao lấp lánh. Tô điểm thêm cho dòng sông là những khóm hoa rực rỡ sắc màu. Tôi và bọn trẻ  thường ra bờ sông chơi. Ở đây có biết bao là trò chơi thú vị, nào là trốn tìm, nhảy dây hay cũng có thể là nằm trên bãi cỏ xanh mướt để lắng tai nghe những tiếng lá cây xào xạc. Dòng sông như cảm thấy thích  thú khi nhìn thấy chúng tôi. Đôi khi lại có những chiếc thuyền bè đi qua làm ch khung cảnh dòng sông trông thật thơ mộng. Từng chú cá từ dưới sông ngoi lên như muốn chào đón du khách đi qua sông. Dù đi đâu xa tôi cũng ko thể nào quên những kỉ niệm thời thơ ấu bên dòng sông.
