The place I am living in is a beautiful little city near the sea. The infrastructure here is quite advanced and modern. In the past, the number of vehicle was so high, so traffic congestion often occurred, especially during the rush hours. However, recently, most people have been travelled by public transport using alternative energy instead of private vehicles, so the city has significantly reduced traffic congestion and pollution. The city also has many big and small amusement parks, movie theaters, restaurant ... to satisfy the needs of consumers. My favorite place in this city is the huge harbor. Every day, there are thousands of ships and boats going back and forth, of fishermen, traders or tourists. The atmosphere of the market is very vibrant and bustling. This is also the factor that makes the city become prosperous and rich. Moreover, the people in the city are very friendly, open minded and very aware of environmental protection. So even though there are many factories and vehicles, the city is still clean, beautiful, the air is fresh and cool. I love this city very much, hope that in the near future, the city will grow and become more and more modern.

I have traveled to many places and experienced many different cities. However, my favorite city is Danang. Danang is known as the most livable city in Vietnam. Here the air is very fresh. Everyone here is extremely friendly. In many other cities, many theft, in Da Nang, theft is strictly handled. Peace of mind makes people feel secure to live. Danang has very pleasant weather. There are many famous tourist spots here. I really like the beach in Danang. When I was in Da Nang, I somehow felt all the good things in this life. I suddenly forgot the hustle of Hanoi. Instead, I’m living my own self-satisfaction. The consciousness of the people here is very good. Due to the measurement, the traffic condition is also excellent. In Da Nang you can experience free wifi wherever you go – great, right? I am so proud of being Vietnamese, proud that there is such a wonderful place in this beautiful S-shaped country like Da Nang.

Thay vào đó tôi đang sống cho chính cảm giác mãn nguyện của bản thân. Ý thức của người dân ở đây rất tốt. Do đo, tình trạng giao thông cũng vô cùng tuyệt vời. Ở Đà Nẵng bạn được trải nghiệm wifi miễn phí dù đi đến bất cứ đâu –  thật tuyệt vời phải không nào? Tôi thật tự hào khi là người Việt Nam, tự hào rằng trên đất nước hình chữ S xinh đẹp này đã có một nơi tuyệt vời như Đà Nẵng.

Each person has different preferences. Some people like a peaceful, gentle life in a warm countryside, some strangers like the cheerful bustle of the street. If anyone has ever lived in the city, there are many benefits to being here. The city is a place of economic development. It is not difficult for you to find a job. Therefore, many people tend to come to big cities to live and develop. While living in the city, you can meet many knowledgeable and knowledgeable people. From there add self-improvement. Quality of life in cities will be fundamentally better than in the countryside. The quality of training in the city is also better than that in the countryside. Nếu ai đã từng sống ở thành phố thì sẽ thấy có rất nhiều lợi ích khi ở đây. Thành phố là nơi có kinh tế phát triển. Không khó để bạn tìm kiếm một công việc. Do đó nên nhiều người thường có xu hướng đến những thành phố lớn để sinh sống và phát triển. Khi sinh sống tại thành phố bạn có thể được tiếp xúc với nhiều người có trí hướng và hiểu biết rộng. Từ đó thêm hoàn thiện bản thân. Chất lượng sống ở thành phố về cơ bản sẽ tốt hơn ở nông thôn. Chất lượng đào tạo ở thành phố cũng tốt hơn ở nông thôn. Hầu hết những trường học chất lượng đều nằm ở những thành phố. Ở thành phố có rất nhiều khu vui chơi giải trí hiện đại và tiện nghi. Nơi đây là địa điểm vui chơi an toàn và hợp lí cho mọi gia đình. Là một người trẻ trung và thích những điều mới mẻ, tiện nghi thì tôi thích một cuộc sống ở thành phố xinh đẹp này.

1. Các bước viết bài viết tiếng Anh về cuộc sống ở nông thôn 1.1. Bước 1: Brainstorm ý tưởng

Cách brainstorm ý tưởng là bạn ghi chép lại những gì bạn nghĩ được về chủ đề này. Bạn cứ viết tự nhiên không nhất thiết phải theo trình tự nào cả.

Ví dụ: Viết về chủ đề thì bạn có thể ghi ra các cụm từ hometown, people, river, location, food…

Sau đó bạn hãy đọc lại những từ bạn vừa viết để xem ý tưởng nào có thể dùng cho bài viết mà hay nhất.

Brainstorm sẽ giúp bạn tận dụng hết những ý tưởng mình có thể nghĩ ra được. Nếu bạn chỉ nghĩ trong đầu mà không viết ra giấy, bạn sẽ thiếu sót rất nhiều ý tưởng hay và bài viết sẽ kém phần phong phú!

1.2. Bước 2: Xác định luận đề (thesis statement)

Đây là phần vô cùng quan trọng, giúp bài viết đi đúng hướng, mạch lạc và thống nhất. Luận đề được trình bày ở đoạn đầu tiên của bài. Các đoạn tiếp theo được dùng để minh chứng cho luận đề ấy. Ngoài ra, luận đề phải là một câu khẳng định hoàn chỉnh! Nó không thể là một cụm từ hoặc một câu hỏi.

1.3. Bước 3: Lập dàn ý (outline)

Từ luận đề mà bạn đã xác định ở trên, hãy bắt đầu lập dàn ý cho bài viết.

– Mở bài: gồm câu dẫn nhập, luận đề…

– Thân bài: gồm 2-3 đoạn văn, mỗi đoạn có 1 topic sentence (câu chủ đề) nhằm củng cố cho luận đề + một vài ví dụ chứng minh.

– Kết luận: nhắc lại luận đề và 2-3 ý chính bạn đã nêu ở thân bài + lời kết

Nếu có thể, hãy ước tính luôn số chữ bạn dự định viết cho mỗi phần để bài viết nhìn cân đối hơn.

1.4. Bước 4: Viết

Sau khi đã xác định luận đề và lập dàn ý thì bạn có thể dễ dàng viết thành một bài tiếng Anh hoàn chỉnh rồi đúng không? Hãy chọn những từ và cụm từ cẩn thận làm sao tạo cho bài viết sinh động và hấp dẫn người đọc. Phong cách viết tiếng Anh yêu cầu người viết phải trình bày rõ ý kiến và quan điểm riêng của mình.

1.5. Bước 5: Đọc lại bài luận

Đọc lại để kiểm tra, sửa lỗi bài viết và cảm nhận bài viết xem có chỗ nào chưa hay để thay đổi. Đặc biệt là chú ý đến phần mở đầu và phần kết luận:

– Câu mở đầu: Mở đầu phải thật ấn tượng để thu hút người đọc.

– Câu kết: Đoạn kết của bài luận phải thể hiện được thông điệp chính mà bạn muốn truyền tải qua bài luận. Bạn muốn người đọc ghi nhớ điều gì nhất sau khi đọc xong?

I like living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution.

As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.

Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

2.2. Bài số 2

The village has always been known to be a place of peace and quiet. The scattered houses among hundreds of plants and trees at once indicate the lack of activity in the village.

The workers in the village leave their homes early in the morning to work in the plantations or towns nearby. Some have their own plantations, and some make certain articles in their homes to sell them in the towns. A few of the villagers, including women, go out to catch fish in the streams and rivers found in the village. Though the people of the village do not usually earn much, yet they seem to be contented.

In the afternoon, most of the villagers are at home. Some of them take a nap after lunch; some work in their small gardens, and some visit the small shops in the village. In various parts of the village children may be seen playing the popular games of the village. Occasionally, a cyclist passes by.

Then, in the evening, the villagers meet one another. Some play cards and other types of games peculiar to the village. Some talk about the day's incidents in the village, and those whose minds go beyond the village discuss world events.

In almost every village there is a headman whose duty is to settle quarrels among the villagers and maintain peace in the village. Whenever there is a dispute, the villagers go to the headman who is held in such esteem that his word has the force or law. In this way the villagers have developed their own simple laws, and the crimes of cities are almost unknown to the people of the village.

During a festival, the whole village is alive with activities. Everyone is in a happy mood and plays his part to make the festival a success. This is the time for the men, women and children of the village to wear their best clothes and the village is full of colour. These simple ways of life in the village, however, must soon change. Progress in science and education has already begun to affect the outlook of the people in the village, and hundreds are leaving the village to seek their fortunes in the towns and cities.

I was born and raised in the countryside. Sometimes I hear people around me say it's better to let children grow up in the city than in the countryside. They say the city offers a child more opportunities for higher education and better access to facilities. They may be right, but there's one thing they probably don't know. I feel mỏe like living in the countryside than living in a busy, noisy city. In the countryside is a peaceful place, fresh air, quiet space. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying about enviromental pollution. People in the countryside are more friendly and brave than their relative in the are always ready to help each other in every situation. To sum up, except for income inssues, rural areas are a better place of residence than cities.

In the modern life, there is an increase in the people leave the countryside and migrate to the city. The objective reason is that in the city, it brings them comfortable life and favorite job. Subjective causes are due to the following disadvantages rural areas bring about push residents away. To begin with, there is no denial that rural infrastructure is not modern and advanced. Roads are quite narrow and degraded. Schools, hospitals are not cared much and remodeled. Especially the quality teachers and doctors here are just little so the inhabitants have less opportunity to develop in all way than in the urban area. Last but not least, the biggest disadvantage in rural areas is that job opportunities are so race. The main job is craft, farming, which bring a relatively small income. With that salary, we can only live through the day, not afford for services, shopping, entertainment… In conclusion, besides the positive aspects, life in the countryside is very much. disadvantage. We all need to consider carefully before choosing where to live.

Whether cities are better than rural area or vice-versa is a contentious question, it depends on one's choice, as to, what they prefer. Both cities and rural areas have their pros and cons. Rural areas have quaint environments whereas there is always something fascinating about big cities.

Cities generally have better infrastructure, education system and advance health care facilities. You get to meet people from all walks of life, learn to coexist with people from different ethnicity, race, caste and culture; hence you become more tolerant, open minded and start respecting each other differences. Whereas countryside people are less tolerant, caste system still prevails and the powers lie with a certain group of people. If you see, today in India, Love marriages /inter-caste marriages are very common in cities, whereas people are being murdered in the name of honour in rural areas. Gender inequality is very evident in a rural area, where women are being restricted only to household chores and do not have much say in decision making, but in cities, both are treated equally. It is not uncommon to see people migrating to cities for better jobs, better education.

People in the cities are always under tremendous pressure and stress, they always have to be up to date with technologies and hence there is no time to relax. Recently studies have shown a surge in the number of cases of heart attacks, which is due to increase in stress level. People in cities are constantly exposed to high level of pollution, adulterated food and chemically grown vegetables, which adversely affects their health, owing to which the average life of people living is cities is less than people living in rural area. Increased cases of obesity, suicides, diabetes are also resulting in stress and unhealthy living. Rural areas on other hand have no or very less pollution, pure food item and less stress, people have more time for themselves and their families.

To sum up, I think both cities and rural areas have their own charm. Cities have more busy and hectic life but have better facilities, rural areas, on the contrary, have more relaxed, laid back lifestyle but lacks in up to date technologies like computers and international standard of healthcare and education system.

Computer is a modern tool which has made life very easy and simple. It has the capability to complete more than one task in small time. It is able to do work of many human beings alone within less time. It is the utility of highest efficiency. The first computer was a mechanical computer which was created by the Charles Babbage. A computer works successfully using its hardware and fully installed application software. Other accessories of the computer are keyboard, mouse, printer, CPU and UPS.

The data which we put into the computer using device is called input data and device as input device and data which we take outside using printer or the other device is called as output data and device as output device. The input data gets changed into the information which can be stored and changed anytime. Computer is very safe tool for data storage which is being used in various fields. We can shop, pay our electricity bill, water bill, video chat, messaging, e-mail messages anywhere in the world and lots of online activities using the internet.

Computer currently helps me much in my study.

First of all, it helps me format my lessons effectively. I often type my lessons on the computer and format them to make them attractive to eyes so that I may learn them by heart quickly and review them conveniently.

Next, computer helps me keep my materials safely for future use. Today, beside the hard drive, I often bring my USB’s with me and use them to save all what I want at any time and place.

Moreover, I often updatemy materials on the screen. This enables me to create clear and tidy versions of materials and save up much time for other activities. On the other hand, computer is the most helpful friend helping me learn information and knowledge on the internet.

Thanks to computer, I often access the internet and learn many things. Computer has made my understanding better day by day and become indispensable for my study.

The benefit of the computer.

Computer has made a very vital impact on society. It has changed the way of life. The use of computer technology has affected every field of life. People are using computers to perform different tasks quickly and easily. The use of computers makes different task easier. It also saves time and effort and reduces the overall cost to complete a particular task.

Many organizations are using computers for keeping the records of their customers. Banks are using computers for maintaining accounts and managing financial transactions. The banks are also providing the facility of online banking. The customers can check their account balance from using the internet. They can also make financial transaction online. The transactions are handled easily and quickly with computerized systems.

People are using computers for paying their bills, managing their home budgets or simply having some break and watching a movie, listening to songs or playing computer games. Online services like skype or social media websites are used for communication and information sharing purposes.

Computer can be used as a great educational tool. Students can have access to all sort of information on the internet. Some great websites like Wikipedia, Khan’s Academy, Code Academy, Byte-Notes provides free resources for students & professionals.

Moreover, the computer is being used in every field of life such as medical, business, industry, airline and weather forecasting.
