I live in Ho Chi Minh city and it is my favorite city .I would like to talk about this city .There are only 2 seasons here .Two seasons is rainy season and hot season .The pace of life here is very fast. People are very busy. The traffic is always busy. People here are also very friendly. They always greet and welcome you when you visit the city. Lake City There are also many beautiful places in Ho Chi Minh. The most prominent is Nha Rong Wharf. Ho Chi Minh city is so noisy and modern .I love this city because it has the hustle and bustle life that no other city has .

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

Tet is grandest and mót important occasion in the year in vietnam. Last tet holiday I have 11 day-off from 19th to 20th january. And I think I shall never forget that holyday. The first day-off I spent all time to relax after along year.

Tet is coming. Tell me about what you will do for Tet hoiliday. In the country, I often occurs in late January or early February. Before Tet, people often clen the house and decorate their house. They go shopping by food, drinks and new clothes. Before Tet, about 1 or 2 days, people make banh chung and boil them a big pot. They always special meal with delicous food. They also have family gatherings during Tet. At Tet, They often visit relatives and friends and give than best wishes. The children like getting lucky money. All of the special holidays in my country, I like Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods ...

Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives, friends and colleagues. Especially, I give to each other the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. So why don't we start to do it right in our home? We have many ways to save energy in our home. One of those ways is using electricity, water and gas economically. Such as we should turn off the light in room when we go out or in unnecessary situations, avoid wasting water, shut the kitchen stove when stop cooking. Use a microwave instead of a stove to reheat food. Use rechargeable batteries instead of disposable batteries... Besides, we should use electrical equipments which are energy - saving. Such as using lights and fans that have low capacity, or using equipments which reserve electricty. Not only do these help us to save money but also they work effectively.
In addition, we should frequently check electrical equipments in our home in order to fix opportunely. In summary, we need to save energy so that energy isn't run out and continues to serve human's life.

My favourite program is Doraemon. It often  broadcast at 8.30 every evening on HTV3 channel. This cartoon talks about a future cat called Doraemon and his lazy friend - Nobita. Doraemon is very clever. On the contrary, Nobita is clumsy, stupid and he is very lazy. Doraemon is an intelligent robotic cat, Nobita is a clumsy student, Shizuka is a pretty girl, Sueno is a rich kid and Gian is selfish and violent. The film has a happy ending.
