Nowaday, traffic problem is the biggest problem that many people care about. In VN, I think the city where have the worst traffic is Ha noi.
The first problem is the traffic jam here. Why? In the rush hours of the day, there're too many people using the road. Last year, in 2013, many bridges was built so it happen less but in order to stop this, a kind of small car should be invented, people should go to works by buses instead of going by motorbikes...
The second one, as you know, the roads in VN is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in VN better and better.
But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads… The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this.

Mỗi dịp Tết đến xuân về, lòng người lại bồi hồi, háo hức đón một cái Tết cổ truyền nữa của dân tộc. Hầu như nhà nào cũng tất bật chuẩn bị, sắm sửa đầy đủ cho một cái Tết sum vầy. Không khí ngày Tết tràn ngập khắp nơi nơi. Ngoài phố, ta thấy những cành hoa đào, hoa mai rực rỡ cả một góc trời. Trong bữa cơm gia đình đã xuất hiện thêm dưa hành, giò chả. Trên bếp lửa hồng, nồi bánh chưng đang sôi sùng sục. Mâm ngũ quả đẹp mắt đã được bày trên bàn thờ. Cả gia đình cùng nhau dọn dẹp đón năm mới. Nhưng dù có bận rộn thế nào đi chăng nữa, cũng không một ai quên mất việc đi chợ hoa, chọn những bông hoa tươi nhất, đẹp nhất để trang trí, bày biện, làm đẹp và góp phần giúp không khí Tết thêm rộn ràng. Chợ hoa thì có thể ngày nào cũng có, mùng một hay mười rằm dù có tấp nập hơn nhưng vẫn không thể nào đặc biệt bằng chợ hoa ngày Tết. Có lẽ sự khác nhau lớn nhất đó chính là không khí của mùa xuân, của ngày Tết làm cho chợ hoa cũng thêm phần tươi vui và rực rỡ lạ thường.

Khung cảnh chợ quê ngày Tết cũng khác hẳn mọi người, đông đúc và đa sắc màu như một bức tranh tuyệt đẹp hiện lên giữa quê nghèo. Người người chen chân nhau đi mua sắm, kẻ bán người mua vui cười hớn hở. Họ không kì kèo, mặc cả om sòm như mọi ngày, vì ai cũng muốn có những giây phút cuối cùng của năm cũ bình yên và nhẹ nhàng, an lòng nhau nhất.

Lúc trước đi chợ với mẹ, thấy mấy cô bán thịt, bán cá lớn tiếng lắm nhưng hôm nay nhìn họ ngoan ngoãn như “đứa trẻ con” được cho quà.

Hai bên con đường dẫn vào chợ là những nụ hoa đang chúm chím với đầy đủ màu sắc rợp cả một vùng. Những cánh đào màu hồng phớt nhẹ còn vương vài giọt sương mai tinh khiết khoe sắc trong nắng sớm ban mai của mùa xuân. E ấp hơn là những nụ tầm xuân khép mình lặng lẽ. Em thích nhất là được chọn hoa với mẹ, hít hà hương vị của từng loại hoa thật dễ chịu. Mọi người háo hức chọn cho mình những cành hoa tư

ơi thắm và rực rỡ nhất để bày biện trên bàn thờ ông bà tổ tiên. Ở chợ Tết vùng quê không nhiều hoa như ở thành phố, nhưng với người dân quê như thế này là quá sung túc, đủ đầy cho một năm mới sắp đến.

Những đứa trẻ con áo mới tinh tươm, nụ cười giòn vang khiến cho mùa xuân ấm áp và an lành hơn. Thực ra bọn trẻ con đi chợ Tết cuối năm cũng chỉ để xem người ta mua bán, xem không khí tết ùa về trên ngõ, xem những chiếc xe ô tô lớn chở đầy hoa đào.

Mùa xuân ùa về rộn rã trong những gian hàng bán bánh kẹo, năm nào cũng vậy, em thường giành phần chọn mua bánh kẹo. Những chiếc kẹo lấp lánh màu sắc, nằm ngoan ngoãn trong chiếc hộp nhỏ xinh khiến đứa trẻ háu ăn thèm thuồng. Và phiên chợ Tết mẹ cũng “hào phóng” hơn khi em đòi mua gì mẹ cũng cho.

Chợ Tết quê em đông đúc đến tận trưa mới vãn, ai cũng chất đầy túi những thứ cần thiết để đón năm mới. Ở gian hàng bán gia cầm dường như đông vui hơn vì có thêm âm thanh vui nhộn của những chú gà, vịt, ngan. Ngày Tết mọi người cũng phóng khoáng hơn trong việc mua sắm, mẹ em cũng mua rất nhiều thứ, và em thì cứ hí hửng theo sau xách đồ cho mẹ.

Ngày Tết đã về trên vùng quê nghèo miền Trung quanh năm vất vả nhưng chợ Tết cuối năm là dịp để mọi người trút bỏ nỗi lo, háo hức chuẩn bị đón một năm mới đến. Cho đến bây giờ, vào năm nào cũng vậy, em cứ chờ đến phiên chợ Tết để cảm nhận sự chuyển động của đất trời.

       I would rather living in a city because actually, life in a city is always more exciting and comfortable than life in a countryside or in a small town.

       In cities, it's easier to find good and ineresting job. Moreover, it has all kinds of facilities as cinemas, galeries, theaters or restaurants, where people can spend their free time relaxing. Most of people take lots of their time to use health care service, to be honest, it’s the best convinient of living in cities.

       Besides that, the people in cities have better living standart than people in countryside, because they have a higher salary. Also having many community services for customers who need them.

       Next, there are a lot of kind of jobs from teachers, marketing, designers,... which need a great human resource. Therefore, people feel easy to find a suitable job. In addition, the quality of life in cities is much better than in rural areas. The infrastructure is modern and there are full of services for the people. More and more entertainment centers, commercial centers, hospitals and schools are built. It means that people's health is better and their needs for entertainment are better.

       However, living in a big city have some disadvantages. Traffic jam is big problem, especially in rush hours. The more vehicles the cities have, the more the environment polluted. In addition, the percentage of criminal in cities is always higher than in the countryside.

        In conclusion, nowaday there are many large cities grow up, more and more people migrate in the city, but besides the positive aspects, the city still has limitations that no one wishes. Therefore, veryone should take consideration before deciding where to live.

Nowadays, energy is being run out more and more so it is one of the most important things of our life. We need to save energy because nobody of us can lives without energy. So why don't we start to do it right in our home? We have many ways to save energy in our home. One of those ways is using electricity, water and gas economically. Such as we should turn off the light in room when we go out or in unnecessary situations, avoid wasting water, shut the kitchen stove when stop cooking. Use a microwave instead of a stove to reheat food. Use rechargeable batteries instead of disposable batteries... Besides, we should use electrical equipments which are energy - saving. Such as using lights and fans that have low capacity, or using equipments which reserve electricty. Not only do these help us to save money but also they work effectively.
In addition, we should frequently check electrical equipments in our home in order to fix opportunely. In summary, we need to save energy so that energy isn't run out and continues to serve human's life.

Nowadays, while a lot of students live and study in good physical condition, there are still many students with visual impairments. They are facing a lot of discrimination in life. They may feel that they are treated less fairly than normal students because of their disabilities. In regular schools, they cannot fully paripate in school activities and are often left behind.What can we do to help them overcome their problems? First, people should pay more attention to them and know what they need. They have different learning difficulties! However, that does not mean that they cannot learn. Therefore, schools should provide them with special materials and tools such as Braille or large print books, talking computers or materials with large print. By giving them these things, we can help them learn better.Secondly, there should be more close contacts between students with visual impairment and non-disabled ones. People should create an atmosphere of friendliness and respect during all activities at school. When working together with students with visual impairments, people will fully understand them and may recognize the talents hidden inside them. This is something that all people in our society should do.It is necessary for all people to give students with visual impairments more opportunities in life, and should integrate them into our community because they are part of our society. Better understanding students with visual impairments and creating more contacts between non-disabled people and disabled people will help students with visual impairments overcome their setbacks.

In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.

With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chaotic. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.

In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on

motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.

In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.
