Users can be regularly updated with news about local events and social developments. We can also learn through technology. As you know, sources of energy like solar energy, wind energy,.. are very important. People use them for many things:cooking, heating,ect...But, almost the sources of energy have the disadvantages and advantages. There are two kinds of energy:non-renewable and renewable energy. Non-renewable is very popular in many countries. They are abundant, available and easy to use. However, they won't last forever and they're harmful for the environment. And, people will use renewable energy to solve the problems of non-renewable energy. Renewable sources of energy are forever and they're clean and safe, too. Nevertheless, they have some problems, too. For example, nuclear is clean but it's dangerous to use. Wind power has many advantages but it isn't available,... On the other hand, there are some sources of energy don't have some serious problems like solar energy. It's the reason why people use solar energy in the future. So, what should we do to save energy? We should use them properly and use them less. We should use less cars or motorbike, too. It also have the enviroment. Energy is very important, we should protect them for our life in the future.

Renewable energy comes from a source that will not deplete. Two common examples of this type of energy are solar power and wind power. Geothermal power, hydropower, biomass, and tidal power are additional forms of renewable energy that produce power for our planet right now.

The primary advantage of renewable energy is that fewer potentially harmful emissions are released into the atmosphere. Although fossil fuels are used to create the products that allow for this power to be produced, most forms of renewable energy can become carbon neutral in 5 years or less.

The disadvantage of renewable energy is that it can be costly. Although wind power and solar power have become cost-competitive with coal-fired power and nuclear power in some communities, some forms are not cost-competitive globally yet when the cost per kilowatt hour is compared. In 2015, the lifetime cost per kilowatt hour of conventional coal was 9.5 cents, while the cost of offshore wind was 15.8 cents.

There are additional advantages and disadvantages of renewable energy to consider as well.

On the other hand, the giant machines utilized for pumping oil are extremely noisy and therefore very impractical.Very little maintenance is needed to keep solar cells running. There are no moving parts in a solar cell which makes it impossible to really damage them.In the long term, there can be a high return on investment due to the amount of free energy a solar panel can produce, it is estimated that the average household will see 50% of their energy coming in from solar panels.

 

Disadvantages of Solar Power?Solar panels can be expensive to install resulting in a time-lag of many years for savings on energy bills to match initial investments.Electricity generation depends entirely on a countries exposure to sunlight; this could be limited by a countries climate.Solar power stations do not match the power output of similar sized conventional power stations; they can also be very expensive to build.Solar power is used to charge batteries so that solar powered devices can be used at night. The batteries can often be large and heavy, taking up space and needing to be replaced from time to time.
