Throwing parties can be expensive. While some people do not find these fancy parties worth what they cost, others believe parties are important to both individuals and the society.

People choose to throw parties for a number of reasons. For starters, parties can make better teams. Project kick-off parties are good opportunities to break the ice and help team members to know each other better. Victory parties create a sense of success and belonging. Companies do not see parties as wastes of money and allocate budget to support such events. Moreover, parties often leave good memories. From our own experiences, we all have happy memories of our birthday parties when we were little. Every family has great photos took on family parties in their album. In addition, contrary to what some people believe that spending on parties is a waste of social resources, parties actually create value, either by employing people in the party planning business or by offering people better party experiences.

In the current world, most of the people to celebrate any special occasion by inviting a lot of people. The discussion that throwing too much money to hold parties birthday, marriage or any other special event is a debatable one, with strong logics provided by the supporters of both the views.

A few argue that the special events need to be celebrated grandly, as it happens only a few times in a lifetime. For instance, marriage is considered to occur once in a lifetime and the people want to have the memory of that event until their last breath. This is possible only when the location is well decorated and all of the friends and the neighbours are invited. By spending limited money, it is almost impossible to achieve something special which will be remembered forever. Thus it is obvious, why some people incline towards this point of view.

On the other hand, some people believe that it is not right to spend a huge amount money on personal celebrations as there are a lot of people across the globe under starvation. For example, in most of the African countries, many people do not even have food to eat for a single meal a day. In case, the money spent on celebration can be sent to the people who are really in need, definitely, a lot of life can be saved. Hence, it is clear why a few individuals refute with high spending parties.

Considering the memories of special occasions as well as starvation, spending much money for parties has been supported and refuted by many. Even though memories of some special events are important, saving human life from starvation is more important. Hence, in my opinion, it is necessary to cut down the spending on parties and spend that money for the poor people’s food.

Driving test is mandatory for everybody to pass before joining traffic. Somebody has suggested that people must take the test again every 5 years to ensure their driving abilities and a better traffic. This is a good idea but it still has negative effects on a certain group of people.

On the one hand, if people retake their driving test once 5 years, it will have good impact on the traffic. Firstly, it is a chance for everybody to check their driving level after a long period of time. Therefore, they can control their vehicles better and decrease accidents for them and others. Secondly, people can update their knowledge of traffic law, so they will not do anything illegally related traffic. Thirdly, the action will reject anybody who does not meet the driving standard after 5 years. Thanks to this, the level of drivers will be upgraded and ensure traffic’s safety of everybody in the society.

On the other hand, retaking driving test is not a good idea with somebody. It can cost a large sum of money to get a new driving license. If they fail the test, they will meet difficulties in travelling and working. Besides, it can be unnecessary many people who do not use cars as the main mean of transport. Because they can use public transportation instead of car, so they are not need to take this test.

In conclusion, retaking driving test every 5 years is a solution to improve the traffic but it should aim to appropriate candidates. This will help decrease traffic accidents and save money for many people.

Owning a mean of transport is becoming popular everywhere in the world; therefore, there has been increasing interest in retaking the exam after having the driving license some years. In this essay, I will examine both advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, there are several benefits of taking the driving test again. First, there will be fewer accidents on the streets thanks to well-trained drivers. Because when they are forced to check their ability of driving again, they will definitely learn the traffic theory and practice driving seriously before the exam which helps them control the vehicles carefully. Secondly, it can make people be aware of their responsibility while driving. Because they are reminded the knowledge of owning the speed and they will remember the meaning of traffic signals or maximum speed limit on the street which reduce traffic jams or accidents. Third, this is a chance to find out who are unhealthy enough to continue driving and may use public transport instead.
On the other hand, it has some drawbacks too. One problem is it could cost a large amount of money to organize the test and prepare the necessary facilities. Another negative aspect is that candidates may spend a huge fee on retaking the driving test. On some cases, people have to give up driving because they cannot afford money to pay their fee which leads to unemployment. The final weak point is that it wastes time a lots. Nowadays, most of people are so busy to earn living that they do not have free time on weekends and when they are asked to take part the driving test again which means that they have to stop working to review the knowledge as well as join in the test day.
In conclusion, although people may waste some money and time on retaking the driving test, overall it is positive because it is one of the best ways to limit the increasing accidents.

As people differ in their attitude towards almost everything in life, the same applies also to tourism; where some treat tourism globally as the focus of their act without scrutinising the other related activities pertaining to it. Hence, the term 'responsible tourism" emerged; in order to pay a sufficient attention of the tourist to the local cultural values of the destination country, and – more globally – to the environment. From my point of view, tourism must be labelled as a "responsible activity"; even if it is mandatory to issue as many local and international legislations to make it so.

While making tourism, should the tourist carry his culture with him to the foreign country? Obviously, the answer is "No". If the tourist insists on doing this, he will sure subject himself to great dangers especially in communities with intolerant local citizens. One of the best examples of this is the "Thump Up" sign which is greatly practised in many countries; where this sign is USA means "OK or very good"; while it is considered as very crude and impolite in Greece (which is a famous touristic destination). Thus, it is crucial to teach the tourists a list of common practices that they must refrain from doing, explaining the reasons behind this.

When it comes to the environment, it is indeed very unfortunate to find that the touristic areas are those with the greatest pollution and litter output! A few years ago, it was really surprising that an international campaign of volunteers aimed to clean the Himalayas from the trash left by the climbers.

In conclusion, tourism should be dealt with in the same way as freedom; that it must be "responsible", respecting both the local cultural and environmental values of each society.

All around the world, tourism is losing its glitter, due to the lack of responsibility by the government, tourists and local people. Some people consider taking responsibility in tourism by each individual is essential for the better environment, preserving cultures and improving the economy, whereas others think, this cannot be achieved in reality. In my opinion, tourism responsibility is required for better future of the world and this can be achieved with proper implementation.

People travel to different places but never show any attention or responsibility towards its improvement. To make this world a better place to live in, one should take it as one’s responsibility. First of all, the government should take a step, releasing more funds towards tourism and for providing much security. For instance, we find filthy guest houses, restrooms and no cleaning of surrounding places. People travel to enjoy the beauty of nature, but if they find this kind of dirty places, their enjoyment which lead to a bad memory. Even, local people and tourists who travel should obey the guidelines and policy of tourism for a better world.

However, there are some people who think when it comes to implementation of this; it is like a day dream which cannot come into reality. It is difficult for poor and developing countries to utilise more funds towards tourism. On the other hand, it is difficult to provide security and neatness at tourist spots unless every tourist shows attention as his responsibility. For instance, if there are sign boards which shows ‘please use right direction, danger at left direction’, they use only left and if there are any dustbins with ‘please use me’ , they do not use them at all. Thus it is very difficult to make it into reality.

One should think, how much one is contributing, instead of just arguing and blaming the government. But the government should take the first step in achieving this.
