=> I live in Ho Chi Minh city.

=> I like living in the city.
3. Why do you like living there?
=> Because living in the city it's full of amenities and not quiet like the countryside.

=> I like it because I can have many friends, more things to study and I like skycraper buildings with the most advanced technology products. But I don't like the living environment in the city, and the city always noisy and crowded.

1.I think i'm a healthy boy/girl because i do a lot of exercise to be healthy 2.Before meals,i often wash my hand first and do exercise 3.-eat more fruit,vegetables,nuts and whole grains

-Do more exercise,eat less junk food,.... còn nhiều lắm bn tìm trog sách nha:33

4.-cough,headache,heart attack,itching,...

5.Eat healthy

-Get regular exercise

That is why I eat healthfully, exercise regularly, and keep up my social life. Eating healthfully is important to maintain one’s health. I try to avoid foods high in fat like French fries or cookies. I also try to limit the amount of animal protein I consume. I never eat more than a few ounces of fish or chicken a day and I rarely eat meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of fiber and vitamins. Friends are an important part of one’s health. Studies have shown that people with a wide range of social contacts get fewer colds and have fewer complaints than those who don’t. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends and I always feel better when I am with them than when I am alone. By eating properly and exercise regularly, I can keep my body at an appropriate weight and can maintain my health. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before go to bed. Because it will take go to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.

As you know, we are really lucky enough to have enough things to get a happy life. Besides, have we ever thought of the ones who are not as lucky as us and right now, they are wandering along the streets with a blue cold face because of the rain and also with just loose clothes and somes are trying to begging people to give them money? No, we never. Our country is developing but there are still so many homeless people. To make the community better, we should do something to our community to make a difference. For me, I love donating money to help the homeless people and help them find proper accomodations, food and well-paid jobs. It must be a huge amount of money but I'll ask my friends to donate too. I ensure that many people will enjoy the organisation. When we're successful in our local areas, we will travel across the country to ask people to donate more. Afterwards I think we can help homeless people with such huge money like that.

Teeth are a part of my face. Teeth help us chew food to help the food fall down to the stomach. teeth will stay with us the rest of the wait. So we need to know how to protect our teeth. Teeth are the part of contact with food so the first thing is to keep your teeth clean is that 2 times a day brushing your teeth morning and night, you can brush 3 times or 4 times a day to keep your teeth white and clean. Next, once a month you should go to the dentist to check your teeth. Next is the way to prevent tooth decay: You should not eat before going to bed to avoid causing tooth decay. Cooking is my favorite hobby. My grandmother taught me how to cook my first dish when I was 8. My family enjoyed it so much so that is when I started this hobby. Some people say cooking is a waste of time but I find this hobby very interesting and meaningful. I really love trying new food and cooking for my family. The feeling of making my family happy with my food is amazing. I often collect recipes from my mother and my grandmother. Sometimes I also get recipes from the internet. Then I write them in a notebook. I hope I will become a good chef and have my own cookery book in the future.

I have an unusual hobby: carving eggshells. I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved egg from my dad when he came back from Japan. It's amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art. I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet. I find carving eggshells a little difficult but so interesting and useful. The feeling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.

Topic 2 : What should you do to stay healthy ?

Health is our most valuable property which makes our life happier and more enjoyable. I believe that everyone has their own methods to keep them health. As far as I am concerned, a healthy diet, keeping off bad habits and taking medical examinations regularly are my own methods that I keep my health good.

According to nutritionists, a diet with a lot of cholesterol or fat foods damages and causes many serious problems for our health especially obesity. However, vegetable and fruit are good for health by providing mineral and vitamin. In order to have good health I cut down fat foods and add more vegetable and fruit to my diet. Besides, I try to eat and drink in moderation that is a good tip from my doctor for protecting our stomachs.

Moreover, our bad habits such as: drinking, smoking or staying up late are hidden enemies of our health. Drinking and smoking cause millions of deaths yearly while staying up late is a reason of sleeplessness and stress. That is the reason why I never smoke or drink and go to bed before 10:30 am. Certainly, avoiding those bad habits is a key to keep us healthier.

In addition, I see my doctor for taking the medical examination regularly every six months to make sure that my health is good. Some healthy problems or diseases cannot be seen until they become serious. So taking medical examination regularly helps us recognize and prevent dangerous diseases before they become worse.

On the whole, it is not too hard to figure out how to get good health but it is more difficult to do that. Thinking about a healthy diet, avoiding drinking or smoking is very easy; however we all know that doing that is very very difficult. We need one more thing than those tips to get good health. Unquestionably, it is our determination.
