I like all kinds of music, but I can say that my favorite one is Pop – a short term of Popular Music. Most people listen to music, and Pop might be the most common music around us. It originated in the United States and United Kingdom during the mid-1950s, and nowadays it has become a worldwide wave. The characteristics of Pop music include an aim of appealing to a general audience, and it also aims to encourage dancing and uses catchy rhythms. This kind of music has lyrics which are easy to understand and sing along, so I can sing to most of the songs after hearing them thrice. My favorite pop musician is Taylor Swift. She is not simply a singer, but she is also a song writer, dancer, and producer. Most of her songs are about many different shades of love, and this subject is also the most common one in Pop. Recently, Pop culture has strongly developed in Asian countries, and it can be said that Korea is the leader of this wave. Many bands have been born, and they have introduced their national values to the whole world through their music. While Western Pop music focuses mostly on the catchy sound of instruments and singer’s voice, Korean Pop is more on the side of synchronized choreography and main concept along with the catchy tunes. I know many other countries also have good Pop songs, but I just listen to US – UK and Korean ones. My dream is to be able to attend a real Pop concert with famous singers, gorgeous stage with a lot of colorful lights, lively sound and professional dancers. I am saving money for a Pop concert in my hometown in the summer, and I cannot wait to listen to my favorite kind of music in real life.

- The first university in Vietnam is Temple of Literature. The Temple of Literature was built in 1070 under the reign of Emperor Ly Thanh Tong to honor Confucius and later used as a royal school, where Emperor Ly Nhan Togn studied when he was a five-year-old children. Nowadays, it's about 10 minutes away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The Temple is divided into five courtyards. The first courtyard is from the main gate to Dai Trung Gate. The second is Khue Van Pavilion. Bat Trang Porcelain Village is a traditional pottery-making village, which is located in the Northern of the Red River, Bat Trang town, Gia Lam district, Ha Noi. The pottery here is made of a special kind of clay – the white clay.
The craftsmen only use their hands to knead the clay into the shape of the bowl, flower vase, etc. Then, they draw lively pictures or patterns on the products and glaze them. After that, these kneaded-clays will be put into the kiln for heating.

The puppets are supported by strings under the water and controlled by the puppeteers behind a screen , so they appear to be moving on the water. The puppets are made of wood and then painted.

The themes of the puppet shows are rural: the performances show everyday life in the countryside and fork tales. There are stories about rice farming , fishing and Vietnames village festivals.I love it so much.
