Of all my friends, Hanh and Mai are my best friends. We are at the same class at the primary school and secondary school. My best friend classmate is Nga. The first reason why I like her most is her nice appearance. She has long black hair and beautiful eyes. She is tall and thin enough to participate in VN nexttop model. Not only does she have a pretty appearance but she also has good characteristics. When I feel sad, nervous or stressful, she is always by my side and encourage me to overcome difficult challenges in my life. I'M so grateful for it. Moreover, she once said that: "If oneday you feel like crying, call me..I don't promise that i will make you laugh..but i can cry with you" In addition to that, we have unforgetable experience. In 1997, I was drowning when she appeared and secured me from the Death and since then, we had become closed fiends. We share a lot of things such as dreas, jobs, hobbies, .. I strongly believe that our relationship is lasting forever.

In my city – Ha Noi – has a problem very important. It is air pollution. Air pollution includes contaminants found in the atmosphere. Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people, changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when i feel that i have to.I snack all the time. It's a very bad habbit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad and unhealthy for our body.But the good thing is that i eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins, carbohydrates.And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to change from bad to a good habbit: eat fruit for dessert instead of cookies.

Normally, when I have free time, I usually play sports, watch tv, surf webs and read books. After learning stressful hours, such activities help me entertain and relax. It can improve health and help us to be strong. In the addition, sport help us increase in stature and have a excellent body. Secondly, I like sports. I feel as dynamic as possible. Everyone of us has at least one close friend. Me too, I really love my close friend, Huyen who studied in primary school with me. She is not only beautiful but also smart. We studied in primary school together when we was xix years old to ten we studied in the same class. We are the best firend, every morning and afternoon when we went to school we usually went to schohl together and we also played or helped each other. Although we played very much, we was still study well because we helped each other in study and never forgot to do our homework. She understood me and me ,too. However, we have many different characters and interests. Maybe those things made some misunderstanding between her and me but all things would be solved easily. My best friend is my classmate at school. She and I have been studying together since we entered school in kindergarten. We have studied together all these years. We also travel by the school bus together because we stay close to each other. Her home is only a ten minute walk from my place.

My friend is kindly and sweet-natured. We are always happy to be with each other. We enjoy studying, playing and eating together. If I am sad she will do all she can to make me smile and feel happy.

She has always been kind and helpful to me. When I miss school because I am unwell she comes to my place to share with me all that has been done at school. When she misses school I too help her with all that has been covered at school. We also play badminton together in the evenings.

Everyone of us has at least one best friend to share happiness and sadness in our life. I am too. My best friend is Lan. Her house is next to mine. So we grew up together and became best friend.
