Being the elder child in the family , i usually do many household chores to help my mom such as :sweep the house, do the washing , wash the dishes ,take care of the children , feed the dog and cat , water the houseplants ...But i have some difficulties with washing the dishes because i usually broke the plate. Sharing household chores with my family helps me feel very happy.

- It can help you to maintain a healthy weight. The more you exercise, the more calories you burn

benefits of doing exercise

Exercise is very important to our health because of many reasons . First of all, doing exercise helps you to have good health, live longer, and prevent many diseases. A study shows that people who do exercise every day have a decreased risk of heart attacks and many other diseases and increase length of their life. Secondly, it is believed that doing exercise can reduce stress and improve your mood. When you feel depressed, you do exercise, and concentrating on it will make you forget the depression. Last but not least, if you want to manage your weight or improve your muscular fitness, doing exercise is a good choice. Physical attractiveness is an important characteristic to us so we ought to do exercise frequently to have a perfect body. In short, there are so many benefits of doing exercise that we should do it regularly to have good health and a beautiful life.

Health is considered to be the most valuable thing we have and the most effective way to better one’s health is doing regular exercise. One advantage of doing exercise is to reduce stress. People who exercise are likely to feel more relaxed and healthier. Doing regular exercise helps the body produce happy chemicals that make the exercisers reduce the worries. Another benefit exercising brings us is that we will feel more energetic to overcome our daily difficulties. Doing exercise also helps us reduce the possibilities of being ill, protects us from some fatal diseases as heart disease, cancers and diabetes. Controlling our weight is another value. Fats are burnt during our practicing exercise, which helps us to keep fit. Doing exercise is a great activity. First, it helps us healthier. If we do more exercise, we will feel more comfortable and healthy. Second, it's one of the ways to live longer. Do you know that? We can do exercise by many ways such as: ride a bike, play sports, do aerobics or gym, etc.....Doing exercise helps us reduce stress after a hard working day. It is also prevent many diseases. When you feel unhappy or unhealthy, let's do exercise! That will help you feel better. I think people should do spend more time in doing exercise.

Nhà em có 3 thế hệ cùng chung sống trong một gia đình. Ông bà nội em năm nay đã ngoài thất thập tuần nhưng ông bà vẫn rất khỏe mạnh, sáng nào hai cụ cũng cùng nhau đi bộ tập thể dục.

Bố mẹ em là công nhân viên chức, công việc bố em bận rộn hơn mẹ, bố nói với em là gia đình phải có người dành nhiều thời gian cho gia đình và con cái như mẹ còn bố thì vất vả lo toan kinh tế. Bố em tên là Teo Anh Hùng, năm nay bố em cũng đã 50 tuổi còn mẹ em tên Hoàng Xuân Lan, 43 tuổi. Anh trai em tên là Teo Anh Kiên, anh là học sinh giỏi toàn diện khối 12. Em là con gái út trong nhà, em tên Teo Lan Anh, 8 tuổi và đang học lớp 2 tại trường tiểu học Chu Văn An. Em cũng được các bạn và thầy cô khen ngoan ngoãn học giỏi.

Em rất yêu gia đình nhỏ bé của mình
