There are many ways to combat stress, but the more exercise you sweat, the more benefits you can get.

        Exercise reduces the amount of cortisol (the stress hormone in your body) and the more you sweat, the more endorphins increase, helping your body and mind relax. This cool hormone cocktail helps you sleep better, think clearer and improve your mood. If your body feels better, so does your mind.

        Pick whatever you love, maybe just swing to the tune of your room and let your body relax! Nothing makes you feel better than listening to your favorite music and letting your body soar. Dancing is a great way to be creative and allows you to stretch your muscles in different ways every day.

       The air is good for the soul. Even just stepping outside and taking deep breaths can help you relax. So go out more. The beauty of the surroundings helps to melt stress. Biking, jogging, walking or traveling. There are many ways to get outside and get fresh air.

Say goodbye to technology and work a few times a day
       We are overwhelmed with our work and electronics, which can be both a good thing and a bad thing. For example, health and environmental technologies have done great things for the world, making our lives much better. However, spending all your time at work and technology can be very stressful. If you start to feel overly stressed out, set aside work, turn off all electronics for 15 minutes or, even better, go into a dark, cool room and lie down. rest for a short time.          Maintaining a healthy diet that meets all of your daily nutritional needs can really protect you from stress.

         Journaling is a popular way to express your emotions and record your daily activities, but did you know that this habit will make you less depressed and anxious? If you don't feel comfortable keeping a traditional diary, you can write and send it to your own mail, and you can write short articles about everything that happens in your life.

Expressed gratitude
          Research has repeatedly shown that expressing gratitude and focusing on the things you are grateful for can make you feel more optimistic and happier, along with reducing doctor visits. Especially when you find it difficult, especially in the face of a highly stressful situation, write down at least one thing that you are grateful for every day. Over time, this will benefit your mental and physical health.

      From adults to teens to children, everyone has stress in everyday life. Adults have the stress of a job, stress caring for families, and stress paying bills. Children at a younger age also face stress when parent's fight, divorce, or are not capable to learn as rapidly as other kids. Teens also face a lot of stress. Teenagers often have a harder time dealing with stresses because they are at an age when it seems not appropriate, or not cool, to ask adults for help, emotions and hormones are out of control, and sometimes they just don't understand stress causes it. Sports, school, and parents are the three main causes of stress.
The first major cause of stress is school. Test-taking, trying to achieve excellent grades, starting a new school, trying to fit in, those can cause stress at school, stress cannot be always terrible, some will cause pressure that will cause one to work harder. But mainly stress leads to headaches, lack of concentration, forgetfulness, or stomachaches. I understand these past couple weeks I have undertaken more stress than I ever have felt before. I had these school comp papers due, Seney's huge test coming up, and semester tests in general; this made me feel large amounts of stress. The further students find themselves in school, the extra stress they feel over trying to search out the perfect college and deciding what to do with their lives, I know next year college will only cause additional stress for myself and family dealing with financial aid. Again school is a major source of stress.
A second stress symptom is sports. Winning or achieving my goal is the greatest accomplishment in the world, when students participate in school sports, feeling stress from coaches, teammates, and parents are common in sports. Facebook is a great app that has the highest members in the world.On Facebook,you can share pictures,videos,...Not only that,people can also chat,make friends or even sell and buy things.That the goodsides.Not only good effects,there are many bad effects if we addict to it.Firstly,to ourself, sitting infront of the screen for too long may hurts our eyes,body and minds. It will make us tired and lack of energy.This will make our grades get low in an instant.Secondly,if you do any unpleasant things, some people may take pictuers or videos of those not so nice moments and sent them on the app.People of all around the world will see them, then disgusted you and you will be make fun by mean kids and may seperate the world.Also,if you make friends on Facebook,there may be some bad people that you don't know.They may hack into your account to do bad things,boast your unpleasant things and may even lie to you to get money.So,in my opinion,using Facebook is good.But,you shouldn't addict to it because it may harm yourself,your family and your friends.

Music plays a very important role in our lives. It must have been that everyone knew that music came out so long ago. Music is considered as the elegant pleasures of ancient kings. Nowadays, everyone of all ages knows the music. Music is a popular source of entertainments. It makes people ease their sadness or brings happiness to them. Music is a beautiful picture about the life. It can link people through their feelings, thoughts and emotions. Music is always beside us when we are sad. It encourages us to overcome the stress, ease our paints and makes us happy.

Nowadays, English is used in many country and recognized the main language. Each person has different way to study English. To study English well, I often do grammar exercises in grammar books anytime, listen to the program on the radio anhd E tapes to improve my listening and sometimes I also listen E songs and sing them. In addition, I always write E as much as possible and learn by heart all newwords anhd texts to be able to remember mỏe words. To ỉmprove my speaking, I speak E with my friends anywhere and anytime. Beside, I sometime watch E ( enghlish) program on TV, read short stories or newpapers in E, use a distionary for reading to study E effectively.

now,most people are studing english which will help them to get more successful in their life.besides,some people study it due to their hobby. with exception, i am also studing it.
firstly, English is the international language. all of people in over the world are absolutely paying attention to improving four skill.because when we want to make friend with each other, we can communicate and write for each other.for me, i can widen relations with people in many countries.
studing english helps me communicate more with foreigner. when i travel or visit some of my close relative in foreign country, i will be more confident to chat with them or some people do business with foreign countries, they can understand enough to exchange information with each other.Especially,it is important for people who are about to study abroad.
Studing english will help me to work more effectively. because when i apply for a job, i will hand in ielts or toefl certificate for director.i think, this will help me get more easily successful.
In my opinion, english is a easy language to study.Mean of words is easy to remember. but now, i study english not well and try my best to learn it.
in the morning,i get up at 7am to learn by heart several new word and listen to bbc, cnn. Sometimes i also listen to english music. in the everning, i practise to write several essay and do some task in fast reading, meaning into word book.
but i feel that my listening and writing skill is not good. sometimes i still have some trouble in listening, i listen to english not clearly . for writing, i am often incorrect about my expression.
Hence,i promise that i will try to improve my all skill

No one can deny the benefits of the Internet for people in modern life. Nowadays, the Internet is popular everywhere in the world. The Internet provides many useful utilities for users.
