Today, living in a modern society, teenagers face more and more stress and pressure. First, they are pressured to study. They are ignored with too much homework. For example, they not only study in school, but also have to take extra lessons to keep up with their friends or to get good grades in school. Second, teenagers lose confidence in themselves. If they don't really understand why, they may become angry or worried, sad or frustrated. One of the reasons is that they cannot define their goals. In the end, they may become disillusioned because they set high standards but fail to meet them. So teenagers think they are completely useless in doing anything.
