Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're the most special dish in this world

My favourite drink is orange juice. I usually have it in the morning. My mom made it for me so that I'm very this. I often drink this juice after dinner. I drinking it very much because it's not only good for my health but also protect my skin. I think I will keep this hobby in the future.

Normally, when I have free time, I usually play sports, watch tv, surf webs and read books. After learning stressful hours, such activities help me entertain and relax. 1.There are many good and useful programs on TV, but the one I like the most is the music program. It opens at 7:00 pm daily. In that program there are all kinds of good music, like pop music, rock music and music in different languages too. My favorite is listening to Japanese pop music. It's so exciting and exciting.
