I believe the best leisure activity for teenagers is any group activity. This could be playing a team sport or joining a hobby group or even volunteering. Firstly, teenagers like to feel that thev belong to the group. Secondly, being part of a group helps teenagers make friends. Friendship is very important to teenagers. In addition, they will make friends with people who have the same interests as them. For these reasons, I think group activities are best for teenagers.

As all teenagers know the internet so interesting because it helps me can play the game, search Facebook, listen to my favourite music,...
But it doesn't the most helpful for a people it can cause my eyes bad, my brain better if use nice or no if use not properly. And neither improve the brain the same play in the playground. So to the brain and body so good we need play sports but doesn't play internet.

I believe that playing sports is the best leisure activity for teenagers. Firstly, doing this activity brings them a lot of benefits such as a healthy lifestyle or a fit body. You'll be more active and healthier just by playing sports. Secondly, it  increases your resistance to illness. Thirdly, they can play sports with your friends or your relatives, this not only helps you but also motivate everyone around you to take part in sports and have good health. Besides, sports can teach them how to improve team spirit and work in groups. In short, sports also teach them how to communicate with their teammates, show them how active and creative they are.

Secondly, physical activities are a good way to relieve stress and reduce depression. Moreover, sports can help develop teamwork and leadership skills that may be very necessary for their future jobs. Their parents should give advice on choosing a suitable leisure activity; however, teenagers themselves will make the final decision.

The best activities for teenagers are hanging out with family or friends, and take part in comunity activities. Because teenagers now are all like indoor activities istead of outdoor activities like before. So family and school should create conditions for them to join in some community activities like camping, sightseeing, etc. If teenagers don't like community activities, family can create conditions for them to hanging out with friends or take them to some places they like such as cinema, amusement parks, etc.
