When I was a student, I used to live in Hanoi.So I was the person who always got traffic jams. Nowadays, althought the traffic in Hanoi has been improved ,it still is one of the most serious problems in our society. In my opinion, there are some following ways to reduce the traffic jams. Firstly, The government should build more motorways because many streets and roads are narrow, a lot of transports share one road so it is easy to cause accidents and traffic jams. Secondly, a law about driving in city center should be given. Motorists driving in city center must be charged strictly. There are too much motocycles in the city, many motorisrs are too young, they don't have driving license, they don't understand the law or they don't obey the law seriously . The government should encourage people to use the puplic transport by discouring the price for someone who always uses public transport, especially for students ,workers, etc, opening more bus routes,maybe build the subway. I think subway is the best way to reduce the traffic jams. Things we should do immedietely are educating people from early age, issueing a law in traffic, banning stricly the person who don't obey the law. In conclusion, we should be aware of disadvantages of traffic jams. It affects on every sides of our life.

2.Talk about your favourite film.

There is a famous animated film that I think everyone of us has seen at least once, and it is Tom and Jerry. Almost everyone is aware of the story between the miserable Tom and the mischievous mouse Jerry, and it also was part of my childhood memories. The film is about a life under the same roof between two enemies Tom and Jerry, and of course cat and mouse are always hard to get along with. Tom's owner is very afraid mouse, so she always asks Tom to catch the little mouse living in a cave that he digs on the wall. Tom is a quite lazy cat, and he often has to chase Tom so that he is not scolded by his owner or in exchange for a good meal. Sometimes, Jerry also makes mischievous jokes to tease Tom such as pull out his hair or steal his milk. Another character in the movie is the dog Spike, and he does not seem to like Tom at all. In the chasing scenes of the two main characters, they sometimes run to the garden - Spike's residence - and disturb his sleep. Most of the time, Tom would be the one who suffers Spike's anger while Jerry is having a big laugh. The plot is simple but the film Tom and Jerry always attracts a lot of audiences of all ages thanks to the lovely characters and funny circumstances. Although many years have gone by, the television channels have often displayed this film, and this is the indispensable spiritual food children.

3.     Talk about a festival that you attended.

In 2014, I had chance to visit Lim Festival, a traditional festival in Vietnam where the famous Quan Ho folk songs are performed. This special festival was held on the thirteenth day of the first lunar month by local residents in Lim village, Bac Ninh province, Vietnam. Coming here on the festive days, I and thousands of visitors enjoyed the singing of traditional love duets (Quan Ho fork songs) performed by “lien anh” and “lien chi” (male and female Quan Ho singers) behind Lim pagoda, in Lim hill and on dragon boats on Lim rivers. Those singers wore traditional costumes and sang songs in pairs. There were strict rules for their performance in which the singers had to not only react quickly but also have a good understanding of traditional tunes as well as the historical and cultural features of the songs. Like other religious festivals, the Lim Festival went through all ritual stages, from the procession to the worshipping ceremony and other activities. I also watched a weaving competition among the village girls who wove and sang Quan Ho simultaneously. Other traditional games such as human chess-playing, cockfighting contest, rice-cooking contest, tug of war and wrestling were also held. Visiting this festival is a memorable experience to me.

The number of motorbikes, cars and trucks hitting the streets in our country is dramatically rising every year. As result, cases of Traffic jams, accidents and environmental pollution are doing too. All this factors have a detrimental effect on our quality of life. So as to solve this problem, in my opinion, the government should spend money building subway lines, railroads, and more bus routes.

The development of the economy of the city not only developed traffic but also increased traffic problems. There are two main problems of traffic in the city.
The first problem is the loss of safety. It is because of the consciousness of the driver is low. On the street, there are some people who are not old enough to participate in traffic. Besides. they do not wear helmets which can protect them from serious injures. Moreover, they drive very fast and many of them sometimes have an alcohol content in excess of the provisions of the law.
The second one is the corruption in the law. In some cases, they stand on the way to penalize the driver while she or he doesn’t break the law. And finally, the driver must pay a fine or bribe the traffic police to be free.
On one hand, I think we need to find a solution to prevent this serious corruption. On the other hand, people should be warned before taking part in the traffic.
In my option, the most important solution for the traffic problem is to increase the responsibility of the driver and the traffic police.

topic 1 : We can save energy by doing some following tips. First of all, we should use electricity more efficiently and reduce our electricity bill. We need to turn off the TV when we are not watching, turn off all the lights before going to bed. Besides, we should not leave the fridge door open in a long time due to wasting of electricity. Morever, we should save water by taking showers instead of baths or turning off the water when you don not use it. The next tip is reducing the use of fossil fuels like gas, coal, and oil. It is not only saving energy but also protect our environment. To do this, we can use public transport and avoid using car or motorbike for short trip. All in all, because our energy is limited we need to reserve it for the future generations.
