A healthy lifestyle plays an important role in our daily lives. Actually, a healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stable relationships.

Firstly, you should eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Remember not to skip breakfast because it can help you get through the day. You should also drink a lot of water because it helps your body filter blood well and keep your skin healthy. You should also eat fruits and vegetables. Those food groups contain necessary vitamins. They are good for your digestion.

Secondly, spend at least thirty minutes a day on physical activities. Regular exercise not only improves your health but also prevents some diseases. Besides, it can make you look younger and slimmer. It also helps you reduce stress. Try to exercise every day and never skip exercising for two days in a row.

Thirdly, you should maintain good relationships with people around you: your friends, parents, or neighbors. Thanks to the relationships you hold, you won’t feel lonely or stressed.

In conclusion, keeping fit and staying healthy is an everyday task, starting from the moment we get up to the time we go to bed. Eating sensibly, exercising, and having good relationships will offer you a high-quality life.

Nowadays, there are more and more dangerous diseases. As a result, it is very important to stay healthy. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you had better eat vegetables, fruits and avoid fastfood. In addition, you should not drink coffee, beer or wine because they are very harmful. Secondly, doing exercise regularly is also a way to stay healthy. For instance, you can play volleyball, walk or go swimming every morning. Moreover, doing exercise will help you stronger, more active and prevent a lot of diseases. Last but not least, you should take enough sleep. You'd better sleep 6 to 8 hours a day because it will boost your mind in the morning. Especially, do not go to bed late or watch TV over night.     Having a good health id very good for us, So what should we do to stay health? Firstly, you should do more exercise:running, riding a bike, swimming or playng sports. They are all good for you. Secondly, you should eat more healthy food like vegetables, fruits, fish, not junk food. It can help you to avoid obesity, and it can help you to live longer,too. Thirdly, you must always remember that you should take a rest after working, it is very important. It helps you to avoid depression and it helps you to concentrate at school, and you will be comfortable after taking plenty of rest. Stay healthy isn't very hard. There are many ways to be healthy. Now, I will share you about the activities we should do to keep fit.

 First is having a rational nutrition. Don't eat to much food contains fat and try to eat more nutritious and healthy food like fruits; vegetables;...

  Do excercise and play sports also help you be healthy and keep fit too. Play sports makes you stronger so that you can prevent diseases.

  Avoiding smoking and drinking too much will help you be healthy too. If you drinking too much alcohol and smoke a lot, you will have a cancer and you might be weaker,too!

Keeping the school campus neat and clean is very important for all the students because a school is a place to study and learn. If the physical environment is not an attractive one, then studying and learning become less pleasant and the concentration of the students will be hampered. To keep the school campus neat and clean the students have to do some certain works. Firstly, in every class the students can make a class forum or group and the leader of the forum can divide the works. There are different works in the school campus. According to the instruction of the leader the students will continue the work. Some students of a forum can arrange of garbage and rubbish in waste disposal containers, take care of the gardens and trees. Similarly, another group can keep the plants well-trimmed, mow the lawn, and trim the grass around the borders. Other group can rake the fallen leaves, keep the statues well-polished, mop and vacuum the floors and carpets inside. Some can clean the walls, windows and other surfaces. To keep the campus always neat and clean the students can make some rules permanently both inside and outside of the classroom. Firstly, students should not spit in the class, drop litter in the class. Secondly, they have to use the bin for trash and keep the desks and chairs in place. At the time of performing the works they can get any help from their class teacher and other teachers. In this process the students can keep their school campus neat and clean.

I love to imagine.It is quite fun.I don't really like the way my school is now,so I have an idea about my dream school.My dream school will be pretty llarge.It will be just like a town.Here,students will be like sisters or brothers.They will share and help each other.My dream school will also have teachers,but they won't teach us difficult things much.Instead,they will do exercises,have fun with students.My dream school won't use notebooks or books,because ipads and computers will be used much.We can learn more and play in freetime.The playground will have:slides,swings,...like other regular schools.Just a bit odd by having dancing floor,karaoke rooms,...It sound fun,isn't it.I like my dream school,alot.
