Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.

Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.

Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.

In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.

     There are many animals around us, most of them are useful. The closest to us, the dog helps us keep the house, or the cat helps us catch rats. And the birds indirectly created a daily meal for us, because it ate worms, ate rats that were harmful to leaves, and fed rice. And abroad, camels help us safely cross the arid deserts. And beyond that, fish, shrimp, crab provide us with aquatic resources, help enrich our country. And do you know, it is these little fish that eat harmful animals in the water, helping us to have a clean source of water to consume. And in the mountains, the elephants helped the natives a lot. Animals are very beneficial to us, but right now, they are decreasing in number, due to over hunting by humans. So we must have timely preventive measures to protect the animals. Objects are very beneficial for us, so please protect them

Animals bring great benefits to our lives. However, there is still disagreement as to whether animals can be used to gain benefits. In my view, I partially agree with this statement. The reasons are two-fold. The exploitation of animals is accepted for several reasons. Firstly, the human is the most important being on the Earth and everything must be done to ensure human survival. Therefore, researchers are doing the experiment on animals to find cures or vaccines for diseases to save ours. Secondly, some animals such as pigs, goats, chickens.... are nutritious food resources for people's health. Besides, their meats are one of the main products which can be exported to many countries all around the world. Therefore, our country makes a huge amount of money from selling meat products and develop its economy. All of these are morally acceptable. However, some hunters kill rare animals for fur, foods, even heart which makes them become extinct. Moreover, they are kept in cages for recreational pleasure. Furthermore, a substantial amount of animals research is done for cosmetics which is not necessary. These actions are unjustifiable. In sum, being a human, we should make use of the advantages that animals bring wisely instead of using them in a cruel and wrong way. Moreover, the animals deserve protection or else they will be in threat of becoming extinction.
