Nowadays, energy is being run out more and more so it is one of the most important things of our life. We need to save energy because nobody of us can lives without energy. So why don't we start to do it right in our home? We have many ways to save energy in our home. One of those ways is using electricity, water and gas economically. Such as we should turn off the light in room when we go out or in unnecessary situations, avoid wasting water, shut the kitchen stove when stop cooking. Use a microwave instead of a stove to reheat food. Use rechargeable batteries instead of disposable batteries... Besides, we should use electrical equipments which are energy - saving. Such as using lights and fans that have low capacity, or using equipments which reserve electricty. Not only do these help us to save money but also they work effectively.
In addition, we should frequently check electrical equipments in our home in order to fix opportunely. In summary, we need to save energy so that energy isn't run out and continues to serve human's life.

As you know, energy is very important for our life and it is being run out more and more. I think we need to save energy because nobody can live without energy. Firstly, using less energy has lots of benefits – we can save money and help the environment. Energy production requires precious natural resources, such as coal, oil or gas. Therefore, using less energy will help us maintain these resources and make them last longer into the future. Secondly, we can change our means of transportation, if possible, we can walk or ride bicycle instead of taking the car. Finally, we save electricity by turning off all the appliances before going out or going to bed. Another way is to use energy saving light bulbs. Our electricity bill will be reduced by using this way. In short, saving energy is very necessary for our life in modern society. I think we should use them carefully because all of them are limited and they will be exhausted in the future.

Everyone pursue a dream from a very first step of life. My dream is about bringing happiness to the poor and the sick. The team go to isolated area, give them gifts, play with the kids there and share their sadness and happiness. We also have a group of 5 people joining to be teachers for the orphan. With this helpful job, we not only give the kid a chance to acquire deep knowledge but also help to gain experience. At the age of 18, I am a college student and I learn in HCMC. I always feel like being a volunteer. I take part in a voluntary organization in district 9 and I spend time going there in weekends to cook for the disabled. In Vietnam, there are several voluntary programs organized by economic organization such as: spring volunteer, green summer, … It is a chance for the youth to devote their health and learn from the outside world. Helping people brings one both love, bravery and incredible experience. No matter who you are or what you are doing, giving love to other means receiving more than that. Although volunteer is tired, I always choose to follow my dream.

Ở VN có rất nhiều chương trình tình nguyện như xuân tình nguyện, mùa hè xanh,… Đó là cơ hội đẻ các bạn trẻ cống hiến sức khoẻ và học hỏi từ thế giới bên ngoài. Giúp đỡ người khác mang đến cho một ngừoi tình yêu thương, sựu can đảm và những trải nghiệm thú vị. Không cần biết bạn là ai, đang làm gì, cho đi yêu thương là nhận lại nhiều hơn thế. Mặc dù tình nguyện rất mệt nhưng tôi luôn chọn yheo đuổi ưỡc mơ của mình.

My family and i arrived in Bunol,Spain last year . It is the town where La Tomatina is held in August every year . There were thousands of people here .In the morning,many people tried to climb up the pole to get the ham. At 11am we saw the jet of water coming from the water cannons and the chaos began . Bags of tomattoes from trucks were thrown to the crowds and we began throwing tomatoes at one another . We all had to wear goggles to protect our eyes . Finally, we tried tomatoes Paella , a traditional Spanish rice dish and enjoyed the good food and drinks . I love the festival and i hope to come to here every year
