I live in a big city, and my house is not very big since there are only rich people who can afford to live in a spacious house. Every room in my house is just enough for our activities, so we do not have much space for the living room. However, we try our best to decorate it because it is where the whole family gathers after a long day staying outside. We lay down a thick rug on the floor, it both helps to decorate and keep the floor safe from the scratches. To save some space, we put the TV and the loud speakers on the wall. The Play Station, DVD player and other electronic devices are put in a small cabinet in the corner of the room, and we only take them out whenever we want to play something. In the middle of the room is a glass table, we put on the surface a bottle of fresh water and some cups so everyone can have a quick drink before leaving or after coming back to the house. Behind the table is a big white couch, and it can be considered as the biggest thing in the living room. My mother loves the pastel tone, so the walls are painted in cream color; and they all go very well with the couch. We do not have any window there, so we install an air conditioner to keep the atmosphere cool. We hang some pictures of landscape as well as painting on the walls to make the room livelier. There are also a pot of a small plant in the corner of the room, so we can get some fresh air from it. Every night, we would gather to watch TV or sing karaoke, and it is my favorite time of the day. Although the living room is no too big, our family will always have good times there together.

Chúng tôi không có cái cửa sổ nào ở đó, vậy nên chúng tôi đã lắp máy điều hoà nhiệt độ để giữ không khí mát mẻ. Chúng tôi cũng treo một vài bức tranh phong cảnh cũng như tranh vẽ trên tường để làm căn phòng trông sống động hơn. Trong góc phòng cũng có một chậu cây cảnh nhỏ để chúng tôi có thể có được một chút không khí trong lành từ nó. Mỗi buổi tối, chúng tôi sẽ tụ họp lại để xem TV hoặc hát karaoke; và đó là khoảng thời gian yêu thích nhất của tôi trong ngày. Mặc dù phòng khách không quá lớn, gia đình chúng tôi luôn có những khoảng thời gian tốt đẹp ở đó.

1.Our house has many rooms but perhaps the most beautiful is the living room. It is located on the ground floor, with access to doors, kitchen and dining room. My father likes the light color so he paints it blue. On the walls, there are two glass windows as a result the room is always full of light. This is probably the largest room in the house and quite convenient. The floor is covered with a soft purple velvet rug. In the center of the room is a beige sofa, sitting on it feels very soft. In the corner of the room, this is also the place where I love best because there is a small aquarium. Mother bought so many colorful fishes such as sailfish, carp, ... Every day, I supply them with food so they look so chubby. All members in our family love this room so much, we keep it always clean and neat. In the future, it will definitely be furbished more, becomes more comfortable to welcome the members back home after a stressful day.

2.I am a student, live alone in a small apartment on the 12th floor of a residential area.To me, a beautiful living room is also a bedroom and a dining room. I paint the room pink color so it looks pretty young and warm. Right next to the door of the room, I have put a clothes hook to hang umbrellas, coat and bags. In the middle of the room is a soft brown sofa,it is also a temporary bed for me. There I put a big bear, which is my dear friend, shares with me the sadness or happiness and even loneliness when I feel homesick. In the left corner is a wooden bookcase. There are a lot of my favorite books, divided into several categories, neatly stacked on the compartment. Next to it is a furnace, which helped me dispel the cold of the icy winter days. On the walls I hung up many family photos, it makes me feel like I am at home, dispelling my nostalgia. Every day I go to school all the time, not until the afternoon do I come back home. I live in a pretty big house in the countryside since we also live with our grandparents, and the biggest as well as the most beautiful room in our house is the living room. We have a tradition to visit others house in our free times, so the living is specialized to welcome our guests. We do not put the TV, loud speakers or the DVD player there, because that is the space for us to talk to each other. At the end of the room, we put a big altar which is used to worship our ancestors. My mother takes a very good care of it since she changes the water and incenses every day. My father installs some lights to make it brighter and warmer. In the middle of the room is a couch which made from wood. It is beautifully carved into a dragon which the body is the back, the head is the place to rest our heads, and the claws are the four legs of the couch. The table surface is decorated with conch, and it makes the complete look to not look too heavy. On the table are a big flower vase and a set of tea pot and cups, which is used to serve the best tea to our guests. There is a big window behind the couch, and it gives the room plenty sources of light. The curtains are in light green color, and go very well with the dark green paint of the walls. On the walls are some of our family pictures as well as some pieces of my grandfather’s calligraphy. He has the ability to write Chinese and Vietnamese words in a very beautiful way, so we frame some of his works and put them on the walls. It can be said that the living room represent the whole family, so we always try to take a very good care of it.

Last Sunday, my class organized a trip to Son Tinh Island camp. We set off at 5 hours and it took us 3 hours to get there. On arrival, everyone was quite excited and happy. Chủ nhật tuần trước, lớp mình tổ chức một chuyến đi dã ngoại đến đảo Sơn Tinh camp. Chúng mình xuất phát từ lúc 5 giờ và phải mất 3 tiếng mới đến nơi. Trên đường đi, mọi người đều khá hồi hộp và háo hức. Hôm ấy, trời rất đẹp, không khí trong lành. Trên đảo có rất nhiều nhà sàn và xích đu. Chúng mình được phân công dựng lều. Sau đó, mình tham gia những trò chơi tập thể như mèo đuổi chuột, bịt mắt bắt dê,... Các bạn đều rất hào hứng và thích thú. Một số bạn thua phải chịu phạt, làm mặt con bò rất buồn cười. Hôm ấy, cô giáo còn tổ chức sinh nhật cho một số bạn trong lớp. Đến trưa, đa số mọi người đều cảm thấy đói, chúng mình trở về lều, ăn những thức ăn đã được chuẩn bị sẵn từ hôm trước, sau đó, ngồi kể chuyện và ca hát, chụp ảnh chung. Buổi chiều, chúng mình được dạo biển bằng tàu thủy. Đây là lần đầu mình được trải nghiệm đi trên mặt nước, cảm giác vô cùng tuyệt vời. Đến 5 giờ, mọi người phải thu xếp hành lí để trở về, mình mua được một số món quà lưu niệm nhỏ. Trên đường đi, nhìn bóng hòn đảo xa dần, mình mong rằng sẽ có nhiều hơn nữa những chuyến dã ngoại lí thú như vầy.

a visit to the countryside

My house is the place where I love the best. It’s located in  Phuc Tho District,Ha Noi City. My house is quite wide, its area is approximately 90 square metres. There is a garden in front of my house. The garden brings to my house a natural and peaceful atmosphere. My house has 2 floors and one terrace. Its surface is painted by green and looks very bright and charming. On the first floor, there are three rooms: a living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom. When you come in, the first room you can see is the living-room where my family welcomes guests and relaxes. An ancient sofa and a tea-table with a tea tray on it are arranged quite tidily in the middle of the room. Next to the living room is the kitchen where I love so much because I really cooking for my family. And behind the kitchen is the bathroom, the bathroom are quite clean wide room and very modern. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: my son’s bedroom and ourS (có “s” đấy nhé. Đại từ sở hữu, ý là our bedroom). There are two windows in each bed room, it provide the light for the room and make the room to be more airy. Especially, my bedroom is quiet, it is an advantage for me when I prepare lessons plan. And another place in my house is the terrace. It has a balcony where my family often sits there to see the sunset and stars in the sky at night. I love my house so much.

My house is in the countryside. It is surrounded by many green trees. In front of my house is a large yard. There are some roses in the yard. Behind my house, there is a very big garden. My grandparents often grow the vegetables and some star-fruit trees. There is a cowshed to the left of the garden. There are two cows in the cowshed. To the left of the house, there is a well. My grandpa use the water in the well to water the vegetables. To the right of the house, there is a river. Every weekend, I sometimes go fishing with my friends. There are five rooms in the house.    My dream house is hi-tech house by the sea with many sands and water surroundings. There will have 10 large rooms and it will have many green trees, flowers and have big swimming pool in the garden. In each rooms, it will have a super smart TV, a super smart car, high-tech robot: the super smart TV will help me surf the Internet, send and receive my email, order food from the supermarket and contact my friends on other planets. High-tech robot will clean the floors, cook the meals, wash the clothes, water the flowers and feed the dogs and cats.

As I approach the island on which my dream house awaits, I catch a quick

glimpse of it. It is huge, and is the most noticeable building in the area. My

private plane lands on the air strip next to the house. I get out of the plane

and start my journey through a heavily wooded path leading to my dream house.

I walk with anxiety toward the house at which I will spend the rest of my life.

All around me lie the most beautiful trees and plants you have ever seen. It

is peaceful but you can hear the sounds of birds chirping and small forest

creatures frolicking in the under brush. As I continue to walk along the path

the end starts to appear. I now see my house for the first time up close.

Nothing could have prepared me for the moment I was about to experience.


My house that I designed is all I imagined and more. It is a four story

dream on a huge fifteen acre lot. As I approach the stairs at the entrance to

the house I am surrounded by four columns leading to the most elegant doors I

have ever seen. They are made of mahogany and have a stained glass window in

the center. The handles and the frame is made of brass. As I continue around

the house I come across three windows overlooking the entrance to the house.

There are black shutters on each window. As the porch continues to the south

side of the house I am now looking over the Pacific Ocean. A huge eight foot

picture is facing the same way I am. As I look down and observe the ocean I

see two piers jutting out into the Pacific. On either side of the piers are

huge boulders protecting the coast line from erosion. The house's walls are

made of stucco and it has an old fashion shingles that are a clay color.


As I walk into the back yard I am surrounded by the best things a man

could ever want. Well not quite everything! But a lot of things. I walk

toward the road and I first come across a basketball court. To the left of the

basket ball court is a tennis court. There is a bar in between the two to take

a break at between games. On the opposite side of the yard there is an in

ground swimming pool that is connected to the pool inside the house. As my

journey comes to a close I notice a white gazebo off to the east of the house.

It is in a position such that you can see anyone entering or leaving the lot if

you are sitting in it.


As my plane leaves to go home to pack I take one last look at the house.

I think to myself, "Yes this is my dream house, My dream house."

Of all my needed things, my laptop is a special object giving me the greatestimpression because it is a present from my parents. Laptop is a very useful toolfor work and study so I feel very happy when I got it.My laptop’s monitor is a 15-inch crystal-clear HD screen. It is about 38centimeters in length and 20 centimeters in width, which has a box-like shape.The dominant color of it is black with strings of outstanding red letters. I have thelaptop protected by a special cover to protect it from dirt and scratches. I do notdecorate it because I think the original black color is the most attractive. I usuallytake out the battery from the laptop, which is an easy process, to save battery lifeand use the electric source instead.When I was eight years old, my parents bought me a computer so I can learnhow to utilize modern technology as a tool for my studying. However, when I waspresented laptop, I realized that a laptop is much more portable and convenientthan a computer. I can carry it anywhere I want and access the Internet by usingthe wireless technology. Now, I can easily download English software also studymaterials to improve my English skills. Hello , my name's Doraemon . I'm eleven years old . I'm live in Ho Chi Minh city . I'll tell you about the school i learning . My school is called Nguyen Khuyen Secondary school , at Cong Hoa steet , ward 4 , Tan Binh district . My school is very nice and big ,my school has a total of 32 classes . The students there were very friendly and good . Their school are often organized movements the central support flood cultural performances celebrate Vietnam Teacher Day 20-11 . I love my school very very much , school is a place for themselves with the knowledge and lesson .

Today if there is any institution which has the greatest influence on us after the family, it is the school. The time that we spend in school are not only time spent in learning and filling our minds with knowledge, but also time spent forming our character, acquiring various attitudes and imbibing basic principles of life. The basic traits of our personality are formed during our school days.

The name of my school is Gia Hiep primary School. It is situated in the suburb of  Lam Dong . It  highly acclaimed for its excellent for number of talented students. The school building is an impressive structure. It consists of four three – floor blocks and has about 36 classrooms. Classrooms are spacious and airy.

Two staircases at both ends lead to the floors. The school has a well-equipped library, a well- established science laboratory and two excellent computer room, all of which are situated on the a separate block.

There is an area for learning physical education and sports. Two cemented basketball courts stand in the right corner, while the school’s football field is in the center of the area. On the left center, there are two courts for badminton and volleyball. A small garden full of flower plants surrounds the school building adding to the charm and beauty of the entire complex.

My school has over 500 students. Our headmaster is an experienced and efficient person who has been at his job for the last 10 years and more. Under his able direction, the school has been obtaining many good result and gain the dispute in the city. The teachers here are well-experienced and knowledgeable in their subjects.

A lot of emphasis are given to character formation, moral education and acquiring good values of life. Although the school environment is rather strict and time-table based, but there is lot of fun and joy in the school. Matches, tournaments, musical shows, competitions, events, etc. make my school life lively, interesting and enjoyable.

I am proud to be a student of Gia Hiep primary school.

Hai cầu thang ở cả hai đầu dẫn đến phòng học. Trường có một thư viện đầy đủ tiện nghi, phòng thí nghiệm khoa học được trang bị tốt và hai phòng máy tính tối tân, tất cả đều nằm trên một khối riêng biệt.

Có một khu vực để học thể dục và chơi thể thao. Hai sân bóng rổ xi măng ở góc phải, trong khi sân bóng đá của trường nằm ở trung tâm của khu vực. Ở trung tâm trái, có hai sân cho cầu lông và bóng chuyền. Một khu vườn nhỏ đầy hoa bao quanh tòa nhà của trường học thêm vào nét duyên dáng và vẻ đẹp của toàn bộ khuôn viên.

Trường tôi có trên 500 học sinh. Hiệu trưởng của chúng tôi là một người có kinh nghiệm và làm việc hiệu quả đã ở chức vụ này được hơn 10 năm. Dưới sự chỉ đạo của thầy, nhà trường đã đạt được nhiều kết quả tốt và giành được tranh chấp trong thành phố. Các giáo viên ở đây có kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết về môn học của mình.

Trường nhấn mạnh vào việc hình thành nhân vật, giáo dục đạo đức và có được những giá trị tốt đẹp của cuộc sống. Mặc dù môi trường học tập khá nghiêm khắc và dựa thời gian biểu, nhưng có rất nhiều niềm vui trong trường. Những trận đấu, giải đấu, chương trình ca nhạc, cuộc thi, sự kiện, làm trường học của tôi sống động và thú vị.

As a traditional family in Vietnam, I have a big one. My family has 5 members, including Mom, Dad, Grandma, sister, and me. My mom’s name is Giang. She has long hair and black eyes. She is a teacher. My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony. Besides, another woman who I love so much is my sister. Her name is Linh. She is 26 years old, and she is a beautiful woman Mom. Now, she is living in Ha Noi capital, because of her jobs. I really love my family, and I hope that we are always together anyway.

In future, when robots can be used both in homes and in other areas, it could improve the standard of living of people. House hold chores took significant cut in humans' life. Many people burn their energy on their day to day tasks cooking, cleaning etc after coming from work. When robots can complete such jobs, people can spend more time with their family and friends. Experts say that many major problems in the modern world are caused due to miscommunication. When people get more time, they can talk freely and resolve such issues and eventually create happy society. Robots can be used on certain jobs to curb accidents due to negligent behaviour of some people. When robots are used on such work, it does not cause any human life due to accidents at the work places. Human resource can be efficiently used by involving humans to perform those tasks which demand human skills crial thinking, problem solving etc while robots can be used on low end jobs moving cargos, heavy weights lifting etc. While some people talk about how robots can be useful to human, others voice their concerns demotion in human values and creation of lazy society due to heavy dependency on robots. When robots become cheaper to produce, employers may prefer to use more robots than humans. As the technology constantly improves the capabilities of robots, it could undermine the values of humans. Many people may rely on robots heavily. Some may even develop a habit of using robots on tasks that they can easily do. This could create lazy society. Humans could start to cherish robots at the expense of human lives. In conclusion, robots can be used on anything which can eventually improve humans' standard of living but definitely not at the expense of human lives. Robots can be used to help humans to live in harmony and to form happy societies. This fundamental setup should not be allowed to deteriorate by robots
