At my age, I have not been donate blood so I often donate books, toys and clothes for street children and homeless people. I often do this work with my mother. Latest here on Sunday, I with my mother was used to donate books and clothes for a charity organization. In here, I met the orphans children. I played with them. Then I gave candies to them. They were all very happy.

First, it helps people relax and reduces stress from studying and working environment. For example, when having problems in life, one should listen to favorite music and them make up one’s mind. Second, music helps people in all aspects of life like: movie, business, .… There are an increasing number of famous singer and writer that distribute their money to establish charity fund for the poor. It saves many people’s lives and even improves to create a better living standard. Third, music is not simply rhythm it’s an art. Since music expresses feeling and emotion, it is a tool to heal one’s soul. A good example is that when you are in good mood, you listen to energy rock music; however when you don’t feel like doing anything, you need some relax music as country or romantic country. Human cannot lead a happy life without music cause music is a part of life, it appears on several environments. Nowadays, there are more and more intellectual-property pirates, which leads to suspicion on serious artists. Therefore, if an artist wants to become successful, they have to work on their own and totally commit to their work of art. My favorite genre in music is country music, because the singer’s express their feeling’s. Country music is different because the entire singer’s relate to their child hood. They also relate to their family member’s. They also relate to Iraq and how family member’s react when they’ve been told that their love one’s aren’t coming back home. They express their love life’s and make you think about “falling in love” at such a young age. They make you realize that life can be to short so why waste it on being tied down to just one person.

There are many kinds of music in the word but my favourite is country music. First, this type
of music is traditional and very popular in Vietnam. People can listen to it on radio, TV, CDs or on
the Internet. Second, country music helps me relax. For example, when I feel stressed or tired, I
always listen to my favourite songs. It makes me feel more comfortable. Third, country music can
connect people together. In a party, especially in the countryside, people often get together and sing
a popular song of this type. Generally, I think more and more people will like listening to country
music in the future.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're the most special dish in this world

1/ FRIED RICE

We will prepare: 1-2 green onions, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, 4 tablespoons of oil, 4 cups of cold cooked rice, 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Firstly, we beat the eggs with salt, pepper, onion. Then we heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, pour the the mixture into the pan. When it is hot, take it out and clean out the pan. Next, we add 2 tablespoons oil, add the rice, stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsks to break it apart, stir in the soy sauce. When the rice is heated through, we add the mixture back into the pan. Remember to serve hot.

English is my favourite subject. English is not difficult to learn, you just need to work hard to gain good results. It’s the fact that English is the most common language spoken in the world, and studying it brings me lots of opportunities. First of all, being good at English, I can talk with foreign people and tourists, which expand my knowledge about each culture in the world.
