Some people like to live in the city, they like the noise, the bustle. But for me, I like an idyllic, rustic rural life. There is a large, airy space here, not many houses or means of transport like in the city. Therefore, the air is fresh and not polluted. The people in the countryside are very rustic, simple and friendly. People often care and help each other. Unlike in cities, most people had little communication with their neighbors. In the countryside, people often go to each other’s house to play and talk. The pace of life in the countryside is slower. The scene is very peaceful. The sound of chickens in the morning, the buffalos plowing the fields, the image of the setting sun setting behind bamboo canopy… All create a picture of a peaceful but unusually beautiful countryside. Rural food is very cheap. Food is mainly grown and sold by farmers, so it is very clean. I really enjoy life in the countryside. I love the simplicity, the people, the scenery here. And here I can live the life I dreamed of.

1. Last Tet, we spent time on visiting our relatives, friends, colleagues and go to pagodas or temples to pray health, happiness ans success for our families. When coming others’ houses or meeting anybody at Tet, we usually wished each other health, happiness and success and many good things. Children were the happiest at Tet. They were usually received presents, especially little red envelopes with money in as New Year’s Wishes, which people believe that will bring good things to children in the new year.

People usually say “the First Day is Father’s Tet, the Second Day is Mother’s Tet and the Third Day is Teacher’s Tet”. On the First Day morning, after finishing what we had to do in our houses, we went to our parents' house to give New Year’s greeting. People who were married managed to visit their parents on the husband’s side on the First Day, and then their parents on the wife’s side on the next day. I spent the Third Day to visit my teachers. Tet was the time to hold get-together parties.

2. Whether living in the city gives many facilities to our life or not is a controversial issue. Many people think that living in the countryside is always their best selection because it helps them to enjoy a truly peaceful life. However, in my point of view living in the city actually gives many best conditions of our life nowadays because it not only helps to improve our life quality clearly but also makes many good working opportunities to everybody.
First of all, living in the city helps to improve our life quality clearly. You know, I myself have been living at the large city for more ten years, so I can realize precisely that there are many advantages when anybody comes and works there. You have many good chances to study in celebrated high schools and the leading universities in the city nation. This helps you prepare all of the best things about your major for your future jobs. Furthermore, living in the city you will be taken care with the best conditions in national hospitals whenever you are sick or tired. Besides, you always feel relaxed and funny with many entertainment centers and services after ending hard working days at your company.
In addition to helping to improve our life quality remarkably, living in the city also makes many good working opportunities to everybody. Exactly, I mean that most large companies, famous firms and government offices are always in the capital or the big city. Annually, they need to recruit many excellent businessmen, engineers and skilled workers. As a result, this increases good chances for many students who have just graduated and want to work. So, everybody living in the city can earn money for their family’s daily expense more easily than those in the countryside.
In summary, looking at what was discussed above I believe that living in the city is actually a good condition to everybody’s life because it not only helps to improve our life quality better but also increases many working opportunities to everybody.

I like living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution.

As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.

Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

Countryside is the most comfortable place to live for three main reasons. First, living in the countryside, we can see the natural landscape. Mountains, trees, beautiful flowers and birds are what we can see every day in the countryside. Moreover, we can see sunrise and sunset in the early morning and evening. During the sunset, we can sit on the grasses near the pond, and see the reflection between the sun and the water. Second, less-pollution is also the main factor that attracts our feeling to live in the countryside. Because there are no large-scale factories, most people in the countryside do not need to care very much about health concern that comes from chemical substances, the crucial cause of pollution. Furthermore, we can absorb the fresh air into our body; not the polluted substances. Third, by living in the countryside, we are very easy to make communications with people. People have to be accompanied by communication, and they would find the easiest way to make it because countryside is built by small communities. Villagers in the countryside spend only a short time to get to know their neighbors, so they will never be alone when they encounter any incident. Additionally, the solid communication of people in the countryside is stronger than what we have seen in other places. In short, living in the countryside is even more comfortable than other places that we used to live. We should help to develop the countryside and keep supporting the concept of living there.

Recently, everything has been changed from the past as well as people behave and thought. People now do not know each other even if these people their neighbors. Moreover, people in the present have many diseases; these illnesses have not existed in the past. The air and environment surround us have several elements which have a dangerous germ and chemical substances. Life in the past was a best time to be alive because people care and knew each other, have a good health, and have clean environment.

In the past, people live in small communities and few numbers of populations. Everyone knew each other. In addition, if one had problem all of his neighbors will help him. Also, if someone had party everyone will come, help him and celebrate to gather. In contrast, in these days no one care about other even if they their relative or neighbors, they are busy all of the day, and they just think for themselves. Moreover, technology play important role for communicate and meet other people because if people want to toke with other, they just send a massage or call without visit each other.

People in the past had a good health than people now. In the past people worked in farm and walk by their legs to go from place to other. Also, the kind of food they ate was natural and did not had genetic modify or chemical substance. But, nowadays, people do anything faster and easier than in the past by using the machine to help them such as in the housework or in their jobs. Furthermore, people use the cars to commute to their jobs or from one place to other. As a result, this less of movement and depend on the machines affect of our health people may get hard attacked and Obesity these disease did not exist in the past.

In the past, the environment was clean and people had many natural resources they use it for everything. however, now, the population has been increased that have a negative impact on the environment. We have many factories and destroy to cover all of expenses for people in the whole world. These factories leave behind them chemical substance that cause foe pollution of environment and kill planets and animals dying.

In conclusion, People in the past, care and help each other. Also, they have a good health than now because they did anything by their body instead of using machines. Also, in the past, the environment was clean because, the population was few and there were no factories affected on the environment. I think live in the past is better than now because of the reason I mention above.

Life in the past and life now-comparison.
Over the last century, there have been many significant changes in the way we live. Obviously, it is hard to compare the life of the ancient people and the life of the people of the twenty first century because so many changes have occurred. However, even the changes that have taken place over the last ten years are amazing. To start with, people were not able to travel such long distances in such short period of time. The planes were not that popular then because they used to be a very expensive means of transport. Nowadays, we have become very mobile. We have fast and comfortable cars and more and more people also travel by plane. Moreover, in the past people had to work much harder as they did not have tools which made their work easier. Today, most of the difficult and dangerous work is done by computers and other machines. In the past the conditions of living were not as comfortable as they are now. There were not bathrooms and running water in many houses, besides many people could not afford household appliances like fridge, TV set or vacuum cleaner because they used to be luxurious goods. Another difference between living now and in the past is the fact that nowadays the access to education is much easier. In the past, there were fewer schools and the quality of the education they provided was much poorer. Besides, nowadays it is much easier to find the educational materials that you need thanks to the Internet. Another difference is that in the past there were not that many sources of entertainment. Therefore people used to spend more time with their friends.

All things considering, it is an obvious conclusion that life has changed significantly in the last couple of years. It is definitely much easier now however, it is not easy to decide whether it is also better. The scientific achievements and technological progress are amazing.
