Every day I have chance to watch different famous people shine and bring inspiration to others on TV; however, the one that inspires me the most is Min. She is a typical example of a strong, intelligent and independent woman. She used to be a small girl who had been bullied throughout the school years. However, she overcame all the difficulties to become one of the most successful singer and composer of America. She challenges herself in different types of music, from Country, Ballad to Pop, and all of her songs carry deep meanings. Most people can find themselves in her lyrics and her melodies. Besides her singing career, she is also a businesswoman who has her own enterprises and brand names. She had tried so hard in her youth to achieve the things that I always dream of; therefore, she is a great symbol that I always look up.Min  is forever my beloved idol, and her effort is the goal for me to never quit trying.

The leader I really and admire is (…say a name of poliian or a leader you know about…) who had great contributions to make our country a better place. He was a mainstream poliian for a long and was involved in active polis from his school life. He had great contribution in our freedom fight as well as in several other activities for the betterment of our nation. He lived from 1940 till 2000 and his death was a great lose for the nation.

He was an honest and brave poliian which has become rare in present days. He never compromised with the evil power of the polis and foreign powers. He had risked his life several times and with his bravery he had bought some advantageous changes in the country. He was an idol for the nations and for his honesty and bravery he is a well-known figure in the world.

He was an active member of the (...say a polial party name…) and never longed for power or fame. He could have easily gain a powerful position in the country but he had always led a simple and yet exemplary life.

I admire him for his unmatched contribution for the country and for the nation. We need many more leaders him and I regret the fact that we have only very few leaders him in our country. He was an ideal leader who has put his personal benefits away while he thought for the benefits of the country and the nation.

As a nation we are proud to have many legendary and visionary leaders who had shaped our fortune and devoted their lives and time to build the country. Among those impressive leaders and poliians I would pick (...say a famous leader's name...) as my most favourite leader whom I really admire and respect. He is such a popular and beloved leader that I have found that most of the people and admire him. He possesses a very high polial position with really immense power and yet he has chosen to lead such an ordinary and poor life that it is possible only by a dedicated, honest, good hearted and completely honest leader. While he could have made a great fortune and could have exercised his power many other poliians and leaders, he has chosen the honesty, integrity, responsibility and truth as his virtues.

The most appealing part about him is his honesty and fierceness for the truth and just. He does not fear any one as long as it is to establish the just and right. Because of his invaluable contribution and dedication many positive changes have been made in our country. I, many others, him because of his honesty, truthfulness, and fight for juse, dedication, patriotism, and benevolent attitude to the poor people. He is a rare poliian in this era of corruption and selfishness. The world needs more leaders him to make it a better place.

I am sure with his contribution our nation will progress further. The vision and leadership quality of this poliian would inspire the young party members to contribute towards the betterment of the nation.

Some years ago, my husband and I travelled through a small town in Italy near the Alps. We had not prepared ourselves with even a passing knowledge of the language. Young people in jovial spirits walked beside us, many with colorful scarves around their necks for warmth. One girl snacked on olives from a glass jar while another sipped wine from a bottle as we would sip Coca Cola. We ambled through a cobbled street lined with shops and searched for gift ideas to bring back to our sons. Entering a small shop which offered sports apparel, the language barrier hit us squarely. Using gestures and minimal English, I tried to communicate our wishes. The savvy shop keeper immediately lead us outside and grabbed several young boys, all the while expounding to them in Italian our predicament. With raised eyebrows she questioned if this child was similar in size to our sons. Returning to her shop, the good-natured boys served as mannequins for several soccer shirts until we made our selection. We bought two shirts as the boys smiled, waved and returned to the street. To this day, our now 40-year old son remembers the shirt emblazoned with the name of an English soccer team for which he has become an ardent fan.

Không biết, phở Hà Nội có tự bao giờ, chỉ biết rằng, phở đã đi vào trang viết của rất nhiều nhà văn như: Nguyễn Tuân, Thạch Lam, Băng Sơn hay Vũ Bằng,... Phở, dưới những ngòi bút ấy, gần như chẳng còn ai có thể tả hay hơn nữa, và cũng chẳng cần ai phải tốn công mà viết thêm về Phở nữa vì nó đã quá đủ đầy, đã quá nổi tiếng rồi.

Và cũng không biết từ bao giờ phở đã trở thành món ngon nổi tiếng và khi thưởng thức phở ở Hà Nội người ta mới thấy được hương vị truyền thống. Phở Hà Nội là một món ăn đặc biệt của người Hà Nội đã có từ rất lâu.

Thạch Lam trong "Hà Nội ba 36 phố phường" viết: Phở là một thứ quà đặc biệt của Hà Nội, không phải chỉ riêng Hà Nội mới có, nhưng chính là vì chỉ ở Hà Nội mới ngon". Phở ngon phải là phở "cổ điển", nấu bằng thịt bò, "nước dùng trong và ngọt, bánh dẻo mà không nát, thịt mỡ gầu giòn chứ không dai, chanh ớt với hành tây đủ cả", "rau thơm tươi, hồ tiêu bắc, giọt chanh cốm gắt, lại điểm thêm một ít cà cuống, thoảng nhẹ như một nghi ngờ". Vào thời những năm 1940, phở đã rất phổ biến ở Hà Nội: "Đó là thứ quà ăn suốt ngày của tất cả các hạng người, nhất là công chức và thợ thuyền. Người ta ăn phở sáng, ăn phở trưa và ăn phở tối....

Nguyễn Tuân, nhà văn của "Vang bóng một thời" đã có một tùy bút xuất sắc về phở. Ông cho phở có một "tâm hồn", phở là "một miếng ăn kỳ diệu của tất cả người Việt Nam chân chính". Cố đạo diễn điện ảnh Phạm Văn Khoa lúc sinh thời kể rằng, có lần ông cùng Nguyễn Tuân đang ăn phở, một người yêu thích nhận ra nhà văn bước lại chào nhưng Nguyễn Tuân vẫn vục đầu vào ăn. Người kia chắc chắn mình không nhầm đã kiên trì chờ đợi. Hết tô phở Nguyễn Tuân mới ngẩng mặt lên bảo "Tôi đang thưởng thức nên không trả lời, anh thứ lỗi". Nhà văn không dùng chữ ăn mà dùng chữ thưởng thức.

Phở được dùng riêng như là một món quà sáng hoặc trưa và tối, không ăn cùng các món ăn khác. Nước dùng của phở được làm từ nước ninh của xương bò: xương cục, xương ống và xương vè. Thịt dùng cho món phở có thể là bò, hoặc gà. Bánh phở phải mỏng và dai mềm, gia vị của phở là hành lá, hạt tiêu, giấm ớt, lát chanh thái. Phở luôn phải ăn nóng mới ngon, người Hà Nội còn ăn kèm với những miếng quẩy nhỏ. Tuy nhiên, để có được những bát phở ngon còn tùy thuộc vào kinh nghiệm và bí quyết truyền thống của nghề nấu phở.

Trong món phở Hà Nội công đoạn chế biến nước dùng, còn gọi nước lèo, là công đoạn quan trọng nhất. Nước dùng của phở truyền thống là phải được ninh từ xương ống của bò cùng với một số gia vị. Xương phải được rửa sạch, cạo sạch hết thịt bám vào xương cho vào nồi đun với nước lạnh. Nước luộc xương lần đầu phải đổ đi để nước dùng khỏi bị nhiễm mùi hôi của xương bò, nước luộc lần sau mới dùng làm nước lèo. Gừng và củ hành đã nướng đồng thời cũng được cho vào.

Lửa đun được bật lớn để nước sôi lên, khi nước đã sôi thì phải giảm bớt lửa và bắt đầu vớt bọt. Khi đã vớt hết bọt, cho thêm một ít nước lạnh và lại đợi nước tiếp tục sôi tiếp để vớt bọt...Cứ làm như vậy liên tục cho đến khi nước trong và không còn cặn trong bọt nữa. Sau đó, cho một ít gia vị vào và điều chỉnh độ lửa sao cho nồi nước chỉ sôi lăn tăn để giữ cho nước khỏi bị đục và chất ngọt từ xương có đủ thời gian để tan vào nước lèo.

Có thể nói, phở Hà Nội có cái ngọt chân chất của xương bò, cái thơm của thịt vừa chín đến độ để vẫn dẻo mà lại không dai. Màu nước phở trong, bánh phở mỏng và mềm. Chỉ nhìn bát phở thôi cũng đủ thấy cái chất sành điệu, kỹ càng trong ăn uống của người Hà Nội. Một nhúm bánh phở đã trần qua nước nóng mềm mại dàn đều trong bát, bên trên là những lát thịt thái mỏng như lụa điểm mấy ngọn hành hoa xanh nõn, mấy cọng rau thơm xinh xắn, mấy nhát gừng màu vàng chanh thái mướt như tơ, lại thêm mấy lát ớt thái mỏng vừa đỏ sậm vừa màu hoa hiên.

Tất cả màu sắc đó như một bức họa lập thể hơi bạo màu nhưng đẹp mắt cứ dậy lên hương vị, quyện với hơi nước phở bỏng rẫy, bốc lên nghi ngút, đánh thức tất thảy khả năng vị giác, khứu giác của người ăn, khiến ta có cảm giác đang được hưởng cái tinh tế của đất trời và con người hợp lại. Chỉ húp một tý nước thôi đã thấy tỉnh người. Thịt thì mềm, bánh thì dẻo, thỉnh thoảng lại thấy cái cay dịu của gừng, cái cay nồng của ớt, cái thơm nhè nhẹ của rau thơm, cái thơm của thịt bò tươi mềm. Tất cả cứ ngọt lừ đi, ngọt một cách hiền lành, êm nhẹ mà chân thật, tuyệt kỹ hài hòa.

Ta có thể thưởng thức nhiều hương vị phở tại Hà Nội. Có ba món phở chính: Phở nước, Phở xào, Phở áp chảo. Trong ba loại phở trên thì phở nước là phổ biến hơn cả. Phở nước gồm có: Phở Bò, phở Gà, phở Tim gan. Tuy nhiên, người sành điệu chỉ ăn phở chuộng nhất phở Bò, thứ đến là phở gà và không chấp nhận những loại phở khác.

Đối với du khách nước ngoài thì phở được coi là món ngon hấp dẫn và lạ miệng bởi sự tinh túy. Để thưởng thức phở ngon thì cần phải để phở trong bát sứ chứ không phải là bát thủy tinh hay bát nhựa. Bát đựng phở không được quá to hay quá nhỏ. Nếu bát quá nhỏ, nước dùng sẽ chóng nguội và không có đủ chỗ để thịt, rau thơm và gia vị. Nếu bát to quá thì chưa ăn hết một bát bạn đã thấy chán vì phở chỉ là một món ăn nhẹ hoặc món ăn thêm.

Khi ăn phở, một tay cầm đũa còn tay kia cầm thìa. Dùng đũa tre là thích hợp nhất vì nó giản dị và không bị trơn khi gắp bánh phở. Bàn ăn phở cần hơi thấp so với bình thường để nước dùng không vương vào quần áo bạn khi cúi xuống gắp sợi bánh phở lên ăn.

Trông bạn sẽ rất kỳ cục nếu bạn uống bia hoặc trà đá khi ăn phở. Tuy nhiên, bạn nhấm nháp một chén cuốc lủi để bát phở thêm ngon thì có thể chấp nhận được. Nhưng thường thì không dùng đồ uống hoặc các đồ ăn khác khi ăn phở, ăn như vậy mới càng thấy phở ngon.

Nếu có cơ hội đến với Hà Nội thì bạn nên thưởng thức hương vị phở đặc trưng này nhé! Phở Hà Nội là như thế, đó là cái ngon của tất thảy những chất liệu đời thường Việt Nam nhưng đã được bàn tay tài hoa của người Hà Nội làm thành tác phẩm!

There are several heritage and splendid sights in Vietnam. Especially, Da Nang is one of the most popular place for both Vietnamese and foreign tourist. There are a lot of interesting places such as: Asia entertainment park, Ba Na hill, Hoi An ancient town, My Khe beach, museum of art as well as famous bridges. The city is well known for its fresh atmosphere, friendly people and security. The weather is glorious all the year and it brings this city many delicacies from sea and perfect living condition for people, specifically the elder. Visiting Da Nang, I am really impressed by Ba Na hill containing longest cable car from land to the top of the mountain. It is an unforgettable experience for visitors to observe breathtaking sight and picturesque scene. Beside, the beaches have long golden sand, deep blue sea in addition huge bunches of fresh coconut. Tourist has a chance to relax, enjoy the peace and nature, play aquatic sport. Moreover, the city has many big bridges like: Dragon bridge, Quay bridge and a large outdoor entertainment named Asia park. Additionally, there are a lot of delicious typical dishes such as: Quang noodle, xeo cake, pork pan-cake and others. Da Nang is preserved for its natural beauty; therefore, there is an increasing number of tourists come here. Consequently, it leads to polluted environment, natural damage and other social problem. However, the security of the city is good that there is no street robbery. Hence, Da Nang is voted to be one of the most worth-living cities in Vietnam. In the future, I hope Da Nang will develop and become more popular over the world.
