In this paper, I would like to discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of the internet. In the first place, the internet benefits us in many ways. It provides us with much information from every corner of the world. It helps us to know about what is happening on the earth and updates us with the most recent news. Also, the internet helps us to widen our social network with many friend in every country in the world. Through some programs such as Skype, facebook, Yahoo Messenger, etc, we have chance to make friend and talk to a variety of people. Moreover, it entertains us. Sometimes we can spend times listening to music or watching films on some websites. However, the internet also causes us many problems. The first one is to our health. Some people spend too much time searching and playing on the internet, which is not good for their brains and eyes. Next, it also prevents us from some activities such as reading books or going our with our friends. In addition, some programmes on the internet contain some bad content such as violence or sex which are not good for young people's mental lifem. 
In short, everything has its two sides, so does Internet. Therefore, it is necessary that we use it for right purposes.

The first thing I think it is really necessary to have a healthy life is we know how to take care of our physical health. We should eat well, don't eat to much, eat enough. Last year, I have done a volunteer work and it has left me a really wonderful impression. This volunteer work is organized by my school. Its name is "Protecting Our Life". There are 3 more schools join with us. The mission lasted for 2 days and we have done many meaningful thing for our community. On the first day, we planted trees in our school yard, in the park and in our street. We divided into teams of 7 members and our team planted about 15 trees in total. That is an amazing number, right? And then we watered all of the trees that we have planted. On the next day or the last day of the mission, we brought our old clothes or the clothes that we can't wear any more to our shool. And then they packed the clothes up and put them in a truck. And the clothes will send to the poor children in the North. We also came and visited the old, the disabled people, the poor family and gave them food and love, empathy, encouragement. I think the the work that our school and I have done is "Making the difference", we are changing our life in a positive way and make our life a better place.

One of my favorite foods is pancake. I like it because it tastes good and it is really easy to cook, too. The first, put flour into the bowl, mix them well with sugar, salt and baking powder. I have many good habits. Most of them is how I get already for the new days. I usually get up at 6AM to excercise in the park with my parent, when I get up early, I can enjoy the new day with fresh air, drink a cup of water and fit my body by run around the park. If I have more free time than I think, I often go to the swimming pool with my friend and practice how to swim in many ways such as: backstroke, dog-paddle, freestyle, crawl,... After all my activities, I always enjoy breakfast with my parents and my brothers and get already to go to school by take a shower, check my homework. I very like to go to school by walking because from that I can fit my body and meet everyone who come across me.

Cháu là ........ - cháu gái bé nhỏ của bà đây ạ. Cũng đã hơn 3 tháng cháu chưa được về quê thăm bà rồi. Không phải vì cháu không nhớ bà hay giận bà đâu bà ạ. Thật ra, cháu nhớ bà nhiều lắm. Dù rất nhớ và muốn chạy ngay đến bên bà, nhưng cháu vẫn cố tuân thủ theo những yêu cầu, lời khuyên của bộ y tế, rằng phải hạn chế tối đa việc di chuyển, tập trung nơi đông người trong thời gian này. Thế nên, bà đừng giận cháu bà nhé!

Ở quê, bà cũng hãy cố gắng thực hiện theo những khuyến cáo của bộ y tế để giữ gìn sức khỏe của bản thân mình. Như hạn chế ra ngoài, tụ tập nơi đông người, luôn mang khẩu trang, thường xuyên sát khuẩn tay… Để chờ khi đại dịch qua đi, cháu và cả nhà sẽ về quê thăm bà ngay. hello every body.My name is  Tu . My hobby is very unusual ,it is knitting. My mother takes me to that hobby.I usually knitting with my grandma because my mom is very busy . I started it 2 years ago . I think it's a active way to improve my imagination . I am not good at knitting so much so i practise it everyday . For me knitting is  a way for me to make more new friends who have the same hobby . It’s a very useful tool from the Internet, we can know everything with just one mouse click.

Becoming knowledgeable is also a great benefit of using Internet. I spend a lot of time on the Internet for reading news. All latest news is continuously up-to-date on the Internet on various news sites. I often visit E-newspaper websites to read hot daily news. I can know everything such as current issues that happen in this world, what happen to our country, celebrities life, recent fashion, and other news that can enhance my knowledge. I would rather using Internet for updating news because it is available everywhere at anytime.

In conclusion, people increasingly spend their leisure time using Internet because it is a helpful tool where people can learn new things and keep informed of information around the world. Internet turns the world into the speed generation. As the Internet saves us much time, we can have enough time to do other things. The internet is a marvelous creation in this generation.
