Our school looks so dirty these days. And it's time to save our school before it's too late. There are many ways of protecting the environment at our school.
Firstly, we should reduce and reuse bottles, cans and plastic bags because they are hard to dissolve. If we do so we can save energy and even make more money from selling those things.
Secondly, we shouldn't throw trash on the school ground because it doesn't only cause pollution but also do harm to our health and make us get sick.
Thirdly, we should make sure our lunch table is clean before we leave. Don't leave milk cartons, napkins or pieces of food on our table. Push in our chairs as we leave the table and remember to check the floor to make sure we didn't drop anything.
Finally, we should go to school by bike, on foot , or public transport to reduce exhaust fumes and save energy.
In conclusion, reducing pollution at our school means that we are improving the quality of our study time.

2.What are the advantages and disadvantages of using mobile phones.
1Many pollution prevention opportunities are available to schools. Below is a list of some things schools can do:
Purchase less toxic cleaning supplies. Use double-sided copies. Set all computers to print double sided. Join the Clean Air Zone Program and actively encourage parents to adhere to the signs by no idling. Use energy-efficient fluorescent lights and properly recycle them when they are spent. Start an alternative transportation program at school to encourage biking, walking, or carpooling. Turn off lights when not in use. Use recycled products and other environmentally friendly products. Plug holes and caulk windows to stop heat loss. Lower the thermostat during unoccupied hours. Turn off all machines when not in use. Fix leaks in faucets and pipes. Only run the dishwasher when it is full. Use water-efficient and native landscaping. Water school grounds in the morning or in the evening to prevent evaporation. Do not over water. Use a minimal amount of fertilizers and pesticides and follow directions. Find natural alternatives if possible. Use non-chemical pest control methods such as swatters for insects and mechanical traps for mice. Use integrated pest management. Start a Chemical Roundup Program to properly dispose of old and potentially hazardous materials and prevent the accumulation of chemicals in the future.2.Mobile phone is a good technology which is not lacking from our lives. This report will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using mobile phones.
Today, mobile phone has become popular to everybody [This is an over-generalization: many people do not like them. Use "most people" or something similar] since it is very convenient. The most advantage of having a mobile phone is you can communicate to your family and your friends no matter what where you are. For instance, you can contact easily to your friends by calling or sending messages everywhere without electricity. It is maybe the main reason why almost all [good, but still, is it true?] people today choose to own a mobile phone. From the customer’s point of view, it is obvious that mobile phones assist you in business a lot, such as, make schedule of working, surf the internet, and keep in touch with their companies. Moreover, you can relax with mobile phone’s applications, for example, play games, listen to music, or chat with your friends.
On the other hand, there are also disadvantages. Using a lot mobile phone can harm your brain, particularly teenager and children who are under 16 years old. If you use mobile phones too much, you will get bad effects like dizzy, blood-brain barrier [the blood-brain barrier is simply the normal anatomical barrier between the bloodstream and the brain; it's not a condition] , or ears problems. In addition, when you use mobile phones while you are driving, you will get an accident. It is essential not good for you and others. Moreover, “radiations emitted from the phone are dead harmful for the eardrum”, has proved by many scientist.
[You haven't discussed the irritating effect on other people in restaurants, buses etc. from users shouting down their phones].
Owning a mobile phone in your hand is you can solve many issues and hold most of information around the world. Even though is not good for your health and you have to protect yourself from bad effects of mobile phones if you choose to have one.

1.
Hello everyone, today I'd like to tell you some information about types and sources of energy. Energy is classified into two main groups: renewable and non-renewable.Encourage people to use more and more public modes of transportation to reduce pollution. Also, try to make use of carpooling. If you and your colleagues come from the same locality and have same timings you can explore this option to save energy and money.
2. Conserve energySwitch off fans and lights when you are going out. A large number of fossil fuels are burnt to produce electricity. You can save the environment from degradation by reducing the number of fossil fuels to be burned.
3. Understand the concept of Reduce, Reuse and RecycleDo not throw away items that are of no use to you. In-fact reuse them for some other purpose. For e.g. you can use old jars to store cereals or pulses.
4. Emphasis on clean energy resourcesClean energy technologies like solar, wind and geothermal are on high these days. Governments of various countries have been providing grants to consumers who are interested in installing solar panels for their home. This will go a long way to curb air pollution.
5. Use energy efficient devicesCFL lights consume less electricity as against their counterparts. They live longer, consume less electricity, lower electricity bills and also help you to reduce pollution by consuming less energy.
Several attempts are being made worldwide on a personal, industrial and governmental levels to curb the intensity at which air pollution is rising and regain a balance as far as the proportions of the foundation gases are concerned. This is a direct attempt at slacking Global warming. We are seeing a series of innovations and experiments aimed at alternate and unconventional options to reduce pollutants. Air pollution is one of the larger mirrors of man’s follies, and a challenge we need to overcome to see a tomorrow.
3.TYPE OF NATURAL DISATER: Flood
WAYS TO PREPARE:
• – Check for local flood warnings if your area is at risk: look online or call Floodline.
• – Tune in to the local radio or television news for updates. Alert your neighbours, particularly elderly or vulnerable people.
• – Prepare an emergency kit, including emergency numbers, insurance policy, first aid kit, torch and water.
• – Use our home emergency contacts sheet so you have the numbers you need to hand, even if you lose power.
• – Have a list of irreplaceable items to keep safe and put important personal documents into a sealed bag.
• – Pack essential items you will need if evacuated – medication, clothing, toiletries and items for children.
• – Purchase unfilled sandbags and sand from builders’ merchants. Remember that, if there is a flood, demand may exceed supply – as people will rush to buy them.

• – If you can, move any vehicles to higher levels.
• – If you have time, take photographs before you leave. This may help later with insurance claims.
