There are many aqua sports such as: windsurfing, water polo, body board; however, swimming s the most famous. To my point of view, I love swimming for several reasons. First and foremost, swimming helps individual save oneself when being in dangerous situation such as drowning. Supposed you are in a holiday at a beach city, it’s better to know swimming as well as taking part in water activities. Second, there is a large number of people scare of water; therefore, learning swimming can reduce risk and their fear of water. Third, swimming is a beneficial and popular sport among ages. As there is an increasing number of swimming pools in city, more people go there and have a chance to swim. Besides, having a slim body is the dream of almost women. All in all, swimming brings us many outstanding advantages as well as benefits.

Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. I many different default styles. However the style that I the most is the sporty style. Dress style can help me feel comfortable. A font personality combined with torn jeans helps me stand out from the crowd. I classic black and white. Hence most of my clothes have this color. My school is not too strict about the dress, I can default anything to school, as long as it’s not too ridiculous. When it is hot I to wear knee length clothes. It makes me feel good. My favourite sport is badminton. It is a individual sport. I try play it about 2 times a week. This game is for two people challenge each other. We need a racket and a globe. We just jump high to hit the globe to the opposite side. Althought this makes me tired, I will be healthier. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport. I love it.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.

Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.

What wasn’t, until 1930 that “Ao Dai”appear similar to what it looks today. Now, Men wear it less, generally only on ceremonial occasions such as weddings or funerals. During the 1950s two tailors in Saigon started producing “Ao Dai” with raglan sleeves. This creates a diagonal seam running from the collar to the underarm.
