Nowadays almost everyone in the world has contacted with computers. A great part of them has been using the international conputer's net known as Internet. Nobody can deny the important of the Internet to our daily life. However, the Internet has its own advantages and disadvantages.

On one hand, Internet is a big global store of information. You can find many kinds of information which is available on the Internet by some popular searching engines, such as: google.com, yahoo.com,etc. It helps us to communicate with other people around the world easier. The lastest news is always updated on the Internet,too. And it is also a means of education. We can learn foreign language, look up information or take online courses. It is almost an unlimited source of education materials for you to get.

But on other hand. Internet is harmful to our health: Some people spend too much time searching and playing on the Internet which is not good for our brains and eyes. It is not only time- consuming but also destroy relationship because it interferes with family life and communication. And the viruses can spread rapidly and infiltrate systems; destroy data, software of computer. They can attack to your privacy and get some information about you.

In a word, besides learning and entertaining on some websites on the Internet, we also need to limit the time and content that can be accessed to create a secure virtual enviroment.

The Internet plays an important role in our modern life. However, every coin has two sides and we can find out pros and cons of the internet by my following provement.

The Internet is a breakthrough in developing technology. It brings us wonderful advantages. First, education is more and more improved due to appearance of the internet. Students can learn and look for basic knowledge online without spending too much time in the libarary. This leads to the fact that it is very convenient for both teachers and students to broaden their perception. Second, the internet shorten the distance of people even though they are very far from each other. Skype or Yahoo are good ways for them to contact and have fun. It is true to say that distance is not a big problem in such a developing technology world. Third, the internet makes everything easier and faster. For example, we can send or receive documentary through email for a short time wwhile 10 years ago, we need to wait foe 3 or 4 days to send to a far distence.

On the other hand, the internet also has drawbacks. People especially teenager are easily involved in computer games. They take so much time to sit in front of the screen to play games. This doesn't only affect to their health but it also decrease the amount of money which their parents earn by hard works. They can't understand that money doesn't grow on tree. Moreover, the internet prevents them from taking part in outdoor activities beacause of the internet's attraction. This will slowdown socal skills and cause their inconfidence .

In a word, the inetrnet is one of the most wonderful inventions in the world. However, it also causes trobles in our life. Thus, we should use it in moderate

The world is developing day by day, and one of its biggest invention is the Internet. The first adventage of the Internet is that it changed our life style. While in the past, people had to go to the supermarket to buy what they wanted or they had to visit the park for entertainment, now we only need to stay at home with a phone connected to Internet, we can easily buy anything or can relax with video games. I think using internet has more advantages then disadvantages. First of all, Internet provides access to a lot of information. Some of them are very useful in your job other helps in your hobby. Searching the net with Google, you can find everything you want. You can also do shopping using Internet. Of course it has no sense to buying a roll, but if you need something inaccessible, you will be able to buy it in Internet shop. You need only to select what you want, fill in some forms and click ok. In a few days you will get what you have ordered directly to your home, without going anywhere. You can pay with your credit card, pay postman when you get the package, or transfer money from your bank account. Nowadays almost every bigger bank offers transferring money with Internet. It is more faster then going to the bank and filling blankets. Transferring money in traditional way takes about a day, using Internet you can do this in few seconds even in Saturday and Sunday evenings. What’s more internet banks give you insurance against unauthorized transaction. Some people thinks that their money can by easily stolen by hackers. It isn’t true because the easiest way to steal your money from internet bank is breaking to your house and stealing you card of codes. Internet banks have very good protections witch make them pracally unbreakable.
Next advantage of internet is email. Internet mails get in a few seconds in their destinations. It is very important when you want to send something for example to Australia. Of course you can send not only texts. You can email whatever you want, movies, photos, songs, computer programs etc. Costs are very important advantage of emails. Sending an email is much cheaper then phoning, or sending normal letters.
Beside a lot of advantages, Internet has some disadvantages too. First of disadvantages is that people who spend too much time sitting in the front of computer can easily gets ill. Radiation emitted by computer’s screen is harmful to eyes. People who spend too much time at their homes (because they needn’t go anywhere, they can do everything using Internet) are getting weaker. Sitting a for long time is also harmful to the spine. 
Second disadvantage is that Internet can by addictive. Some people just can’t live without it. They have no real friends and when Internet is down they are getting furious.
Internet has some opponents but more and more people treats Internet telephone, or radio. They use it for fun and work, and I think at present living without internet would be quite difficult.
