The modern lifestyle has a number of advantages which includes easing peoples life, saving hundreds of peoples lives by the new development of medicine and vaccines. On the other hand different modern life style patterns have negative effects on health physically, psychologically, and socially. One of these modern ways of living is the high intake of fast foods. This is due to specific reasons such as the short time specified for eating and choosing healthy food. Lack of physical activity combination with fast foods leads to bad effects on the heart’s health. Use of high technology machines is another way of modernity. Although use of these machines has helped in saving the time to do a lot of tasks, the wrong use of them will indirectly affect health. Another point is the advanced transportation which reduces the time needed to travel and made travelling an enjoyable time. Last, is the use of computers and internet in the communication, transfer of information, and entertainment as well. Altogether will constitute the elements of a sedentary life style. That means, high fatty foods intake and lack of physical activity. Which both are caused by fast foods, depending on high technology machines and transportation, and sitting long hours in front of the computer.

Modern life style increases the risk of obesity. Consequently, leading to diabetes, heart diseases, and cancers. Pollution caused by the machines and advanced transportation causes different respiratory diseases. Furthermore, it leads to atopic diseases which are group of hereditary diseases contributing to allergies and asthma. Psychologically, persons are prone to increased stress level and depression. Social isolation will occurs due to spending long time on computer and internet.

I have my own room since I was in 6th grade, and I would love to return to my room after a long and tired day. At first my parents decorated my room in a very simple way; they painted the walls in a clean color of white and did not place much furniture in the room. A few years later when I was a little older, I started to pay more attention to it, and now it has become a place which has a lot of my personal signs. I paint the walls in light pink, and I hang some family photos so the walls are not too empty. The monotonous bed was renewed by me; I replaced the entire bed with a new outfit that featured my favorite cartoon characters such as Sailor Moon, Doraemon and Totoro. My bed is not too wide, but I still make room for a lot of stuffed animals and pillows. They are all my best friends, and I will not be able to sleep if one of them is not present. Next to the bed is a tall pink wardrobe, there is a mirror on the front door so I can look at myself every time I get dress. In the corner of the room is a pretty desk which my dad made for me. It is white, and it also has the bookcase as well as some drawers with lockers so that I can comfortably store my personal belongings. In addition to the wooden chair which I usually use to study, there are also several small couches in the room for me to seat on while reading books or listening to music. There are also a lot of nonsense things in my room, but basically this room has everything I need. This room is my own secret cave, and I will always preserve it in the best condition.

Nowadays, job is one of the difficult problems which many people have to face. They choose jobs not only to earn livings but also to do their dreams. Personally, I want to become a translator in the future. Because I love other cultures and no way to learn about them better than through literary language. Translator major also gives me a lot of benefits. At first, it brings into play my creative and improves my vocabulary both native and non-native language. In addition, it also satisfies my dream which existed from when I was a child. Furthermore, I will understand more deeply the literature of a country. On the other hand, translating also is a vain job. Because although it requires an advanced language knowledge, translators are paid a quite low salary (often only famous translators are paid truly with their effort). However, I trust that my passion and attempt will lead me to a certain position in this major. Life always changes, so nothing is firm;but I will be forever consistent on the way I chose because translator is all my passion.

n our modern time, the computer appears in every part of our daily life. [2] It plays an essential role at work, in education as well as in entertainment. [3] First of all, at work, the computer helps us, in just a few hours or even seconds, type documents and do calculations, which may take a normal brain a life time to finish. Besides, with computers people can do businesses like stock transactions or design building, operate high-tech plants and run machines effectively. [4] Then, in education, with a computer connected to the Internet we can search almost any kind information we need for our study or learn languages more effectively. [5] [Also, teachers or lecturers can make their lessons or lectures more lively and interesting with programs such as Powerpoint or other types of slide-show]. [6] Lastly, for entertainment, after working hard we can get relaxed by playing some computer games or listening to our favorite type of music with the computer. When we want to see a movie, staying at home, we can search for it on the Internet just in term of minutes, without having to go to the theater or somewhere to buy videos tapes or CDs. [7] It goes without saying that the computer plays a key role in every part of our daily life, from businesses to education or entertainment. [8] With it, everything in life would slow down and life would no doubt be much more dull.

In recent years, our environment is becoming worse and worse. Why that? There are many reasons that cause the environmental pollution such as: the smoke, the chemicals, the oil and so on. But the main reason of the pollution is the garbage. People often throw trash and rubbish everywhere. To solve this problem, I can give some following solutions.

Firstly, throw trash into a trash bin to keep the environment clean.

Secondly, reuse and recycle bottles and cans to reduce garbage and save natural resources.

Finally, put the trash bin around your neighborhood to keep it clean.

Hi ! I'm a student in grade 6 of Le hong phong secondary school . It't located on PNL street .It's small but it's beautiful and clean with some big trees in the schoolyard .

There are about 750 students in my school . We wear uniform everyday. At school we have a lot of subject such as : Maths , Literature , English , History , Music , etc . My favourite subject is English . At break time , I often play football or read comics. After school , I help my parents do the housework . I love my school so much .
