Covid-19 has just happened since the end of 2019 but to my mind, it has lasted for a terribly long time as it has caused tremendous trouble to our human being.

To prevent Covid-19, we should clean your hands often, using soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub. Also, we should keep a safe distance. In addition, we should wear a mask when we go outside or attend the crowds. We should not touch your eyes, nose or mouth and covering our noses and mouths with our bent elbow or a tissue when we cough or sneeze.

If we have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Calling in advance allows our doctors to quickly direct us to the right health facility. This protects us and prevents the spread of viruses and other infections.

After all, our loving country, Vietnam has done a great job in the fight against Covide-19 and we hope that humankind will soon defeat this pandemic.

This year is probably the most memorable year for every citizen in the world because of the rampage of Covid 19. Each person more than anyone needs to be responsible in the battle with this enemy. Each of us is well aware that this epidemic threatens immeasurable health, even our own lives. So more than anyone we need to wear a mask, social distance, keep clean in and out. Whether or not everyone is in translation or not, they need to raise their awareness of protecting their own health and that of the community. In addition, it is necessary to raise public awareness about disease prevention issues. Develop programs to improve people's understanding of the devastation brought by Covid 19. Each of us, if we can obey and consciously fight off the epidemic, will protect the whole community. The Covid19 invaders were much more frightening than many foreign invaders. It leaves behind a lot of loss both physically and mentally. Therefore the responsibility of each person is extremely great, take action for the health and life of yourself as well as the community.

In the past two years, the covid-19 epidemic has caused many serious consequences, killing millions of people, the global economy stagnating and unable to develop. Therefore, each individual, each of us needs to be responsible for the prevention of epidemics. Everyone should strictly adhere to anti-epidemic measures, wear a mask and disinfect at home and in public. The Government and agencies need to be strict in locating and detecting people with symptoms in order to promptly trace and stamp out the epidemic. The media should actively propagate to the people so that people can raise their awareness of prevention. Let's all join hands together so that we can put out Covid-19 soon and return to a peaceful life.

To protect ourselves and prevent acute pneumonia caused by a new strain of corona virus, we need avoid traveling, traveling if coughing, fever, shortness of breath. Seek medical facility immediately if symptoms suspect.Avoid contact with people with cough, fever. Regular hand hygiene, avoiding touching the eyes, nose, mouth.When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue. After using paper towels, throw away and wash your hands.Only use cooked, clean, processed foods.Do not spit in public. Avoid contact with pets or wildlife. Wear a mask when going to crowded places.

Last summer, I went to Nha Trang beach, Vung Tau beach. But I like Nha Trang beach than Vung Tau beach. After the exam, I were gone to sea by my family. Nha trang is a wonderful beach. I were go to Nha Trang by train. Oh my god. What a awful trip! I take off the train at haft past two, I take on the train station at haft past eleven. But I happy with days at Nha Trang. Next day, I get up at six o'clock. I went to restaurant for breakfast and drinking coffee in order to not tired when going to play. Next, I went to harbor so as to go to the island. Then the ship go to the island, All people in the ship are shock expect my father, friend of my father, touristman. In Distance, I take the sea. The water of the sea is fresh, cool. In the bottom of the sea, we can see the coral. It's beautiful. Next, I went to other islands for visit and come back the harbor before come back the hotel. In the hotel, I rest thirty minutes before eat the dinner. In the evening, I take the motorbike ride along the beach in order to go for a sightseeing Nha Trang city.
What a wonderful trip! I happy after the trip. The trip will help me study well.

As of late, many people have been staying in quarantine with their families, friends or even alone. It's easy to fall into a lazy routine or lose hope of ever being able to leave your house. Being back at home is not necessarily ideal for most people — students need to take all their classes online and most working people need to stay home.

For the most part, I believe I have a good routine down to keep my mind and body in check during quarantine. 

I typically start my days off at the same time as I would if I were still at school. The extra sleep is great and all, but with classes online and a pile of assignments to complete, I can’t afford to sleep the day away. Plus, I can get in a healthy breakfast to start my day off just right. I'm dead set on not procrastinating my work, considering there's really nothing better for me to do trapped inside my house. 

After I get most of my work done, I to make sure I'm taking time to stay active since I’m sitting for most of the days now. I find that working out in my backyard feels especially good for my well-being. Personally, I feel that the bright and warm sun improves my workouts significantly. I can sweat more and be able to breathe in the fresh air as opposed to being indoors all day. 

Although keeping up with classes is extremely important as a college student, I think taking care of your mental and physical health during these times takes precedence overall. I make sure to spend a minimum of half an hour outside every day to make sure my skin is being exposed to the sun and fresh air. This helps to keep me from going cabin-fever crazy, which I assume most people must be feeling as well. 

Eating healthy in quarantine has become a huge thing for me. Although I maintained a fairly healthy diet while I was living at school, moving back home made me realize how much I snack when I don’t need to, so I’ve been watching my food intake to avoid overeating. 

Every morning I make sure to have some type of grain and fruits bananas or oranges. For lunch and dinner, I incorporate vegetables and proteins to have a balanced meal. I typically snack between meals with more fruits or rice cakes with peanut butter on top. I love cooking and trying out new recipes so being at home gives me a great opportunity to expand my range of cooking.

I have also realized that I did not drink as much water as I should have when I was at school, so now I consistently attempt to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. It keeps me hydrated and maintains my overall health. 

Being in quarantine doesn’t need to be so boring — I take all this free time as an opportunity to take up old and new hobbies. At school, I didn’t have much time to read or watch all the movies on my bucket list. Now that I’m home, I can finish the novel I never got around to finishing and watch great films that are just waiting to be viewed. 

As cringe-worthy as this may be, I'm trying to learn one new Tok dance a week. It honestly keeps my spirits up and I think dancing is a great way to cope with boredom. Most importantly, I make sure to spend plenty of time with my family. It's very easy to go crazy being stuck under the same roof with the same people for so long, but I’d to cherish time spent with my mom, dad and brother. I don’t get to see them too often while I’m at school so it's good to slow down and appreciate them. 

Obviously, nobody needs to do exactly what I’m doing to cope with being in quarantine. I believe that as long as you're staying healthy in your own way and are maintaining a healthy and happy state of mind then that's more than enough. I hope that everyone stays safe during these times.
