People in my town always have 3 meals a day: breafast, lunch, and dinner. They have breakfast at 7 o'clock in the morning. It a light meal but it is considered important with a bowl of beef noodle soup, noodles with porh, instant noodles, a plate of sticky rice. Lunch usually starts at 11.30, also a light meal followed an hour's rest. Most employess have lunch in the food shop near the working places. Students have lunch at the school canteens. People often have rice with meat, fish, vegetables but young people often eat fast food at shops such as : Lotteria, Jollibee, and KFC. Dinner is the main meal including rice with many dishes like fish, eggs, tofu vegetables. People prepare food boiling steaming, barbecuing, frying then fruit and green tea. I think Vietnamese food cheap and nutrition and very delicious.

Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people, changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when i feel that i have to.I snack all the time. It's a very bad habbit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad and unhealthy for our body.But the good thing is that i eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins, carbohydrates.And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to change from bad to a good habbit: eat fruit for dessert instead of cookies.
