       Hi Eric,

       Long time no see you. How are you? How about the first exam you did at school?

     Tet holiday is the biggest and the most important festival in VietNam. Tet often falls between late January and early February. Before Tet, my mother and I go shopping to buy clothes, candies, flowers, fruits and decorative items. My family always cleans and decorates our house together. On the first day of Tet, I don’t go out, I stay at home and sit around the pot of Banh Chung to talk, watch fireworks with my family. On the second day, I go to my grandparents’s house with my family and they give me lucky money. It’s always a nice day because I like to meet my grandparents so much! Next, on the third day, I visit my teachers and send them New Year wishes. And my favorite most is get the lucky money from the older because it brings me lucks in the year! How do you fell about Tet? Write me soon!

And the last destination is Ba Tan Gan,the very dreamy scenery will make those who have visited this place feel loved and extremely excited, the peace of the sea always gives the withered souls the feeling peace and unique experience journey.  Here you will enjoy special dishes like Don, ... Visiting Chau Sa Ancient Citadel, you can buy handicrafts and other traditional things as souvenirs.

My name is Linh. I'm thirteen years old. I am so happy to introduce you the famous Vietnamese food is Pho. Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food.The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Phowith wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noddle, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is noodles soup; therefor, it's better when being added with beanspout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmotphere. There are two main kinds of Pho : noodles soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious. Pho is a favourite of almost Vietnamese. I am very pround of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries.

Thanks for your email. One of speacial food in my country is Pho. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. We can eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat.
