Exercise offers so many health benefits. Something walking for half an hour a day dramaally reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and several forms of cancer, including colon cancer, one of the leading killers. 

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.

Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or do household chores.

A 2008 study by researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston showed that regular exercise lowered the risk of dying prematurely by 30%.

There are many ways to improve your health. Drink enough water when you're tired makes you feel more comfortable. Water is very important because it's helps you to regulate body temperature. Play sports makes us stronger and makes us eat more. When you play sports continuously, you will be tired so that you'll eat more. Eat less junk food and eat more vegetables will make you be healthier. Junk food contains many fat so that you'll be fatter if you eat lots of junk food. Vegetables are healthier than junk food so that If you're trying to be healthier, remember to eat more vegetables first.
