It is necessary to avoid soft drinks like coke and fanta because they are not good for our health.  It is better to drink mineral water or fruit juice instead.  In addition to this, it is widely believed that people, especially children should not consume too much fast food and sugary products. 

Phuong, my partner, has a healthy diet. She never skips breakfast and has eggs, vegetable and bread for breakfast. She said that it is the most important meal during the day, so she always has a big meal in the morning. In the evening, she eats not too much, because overeating may cause sleeplessness. She never eats fast food or sweet candies or buys soft drinks. Her diet include enough nutrients, which are recommended by her private doctor. Phuong tries to limit intake of fats, salt, sodium and sugar. She told me that she loves fruits and vegetables. Her favourite food is boiled eggs. She often tells me: "You should eat healthy to have a good health"

Over time we live and develop, each of us will choose a unique habit. My friends have a habit of playing games on the weekends. Personally, I have a habit of reading in my free time every day.  This habit of mine is formed from the shape of my hobby. Since childhood I have enjoyed reading. The types of books that I often read are books about life, manners, and economics. Ever since I could read, I have always enjoyed reading. However, when I was a kid, the kind of books I read were usually comic books. Currently, studying time is quite busy so I don’t have a fixed time for reading. However, whenever I have time I will read. I usually carry a book that I am half-reading in my bag. This ensures I can read ns anywhere and at any suitable time. I think the habit of reading has helped me improve myself a lot. In the future I will keep this useful habit. If you are free, you can practice reading habits like me.

In the morning I get up at 6 o'clock.Every day,I do morning exercise with my father.Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.I have breakfast at half past six.After that I dressed my clothers.And I go to school by bike. 

In my classes I have many classes.I study many subects such as English,Math,Biolgy,Literature.Vietnamse... I English best.Because it is very interesting. 
In the afternoon I play many games.So I badminton with my brother.I always play it in the stadium 
In the evening I do my home work and go to bed at a quater past nine

I live an ordinary life, but I have something special habits in my daily routine. I usually wake up at 6 o’clock in weekdays, and I always have breakfast at home. A lot of my friends to have breakfast at the school canteen to chat with each other, but prefer my mother’s delicious and nutritious dishes more than those processed foods at canteen. After breakfast, I spend about ten minutes just to brush my teeth and make sure they are all clean since I do not want to replace them with implants once they are decayed. My father is always the one who takes me to school because my mother does not trust my driving ability. I have lunch break at 12 o’clock, and I choose to take the bus back home to have lunch with my mother instead of eating at the canteen with my friends. All of my classes end at 5 o’clock, and my father always wait for me at our familiar spot to take me home. Sometimes I go out with my best friends, but most of the time I just go home to watch my favorite TV shows. I have a habit of watching TV while eating dinner, and I feel that the food is not as delicious as usual if my mother does not let me watch something on TV or my phone. After finish all of my homework, I spend some time for my little hobbies. What I love to do every night is reading books. They are not some “serious” books that I to read, I just comics such as Doraemon, Conan, and Pokemon etc. Whenever I do not have new books to read; I choose to play video games. My father sometimes joins me in a dual match, and I am always the winner because he is not good at video games. After spending half an hour in the shower and ten more minutes to clean my teeth, I go to sleep at about 10 o’clock. Somebody might say I have a boring life, but I am happy and satisfied with it.

Có người sẽ nói tôi có một cuộc sống nhàm chán, nhưng tôi cảm thấy vui vẻ và hài lòng với nó.

Reading is a necessity for everyone, especially the students. Books have existed in many different forms: carved characters in stone, on bamboo cards, printed on paper, ... but all with the common goal of preserving and disseminating knowledge of mankind. When reading books on the subject of science, history, geography, ... we will learn more new knowledge about the field in life. In fact, not only in the acquisition and improvement of knowledge, reading books also foster the idea, good feelings, help us improve in all aspects. Books help us to develop our imagination, association, and creativity. In addition, the reading will help us improve the language ability of both Vietnamese and foreign languages. Thanks to the books, we can write spelling, grammar and speak fluently. Moreover, the book is a teacher who guides us how to live well, how to be good people. But to achieve those benefits, each of us must be a savvy reader, select the right book for us and stay away from books that are evil, depraved. In short, reading good books always gives people useful and necessary things in life.

Với mỗi người, quê hương đều có vị trí, vai trò vô cùng quan trọng. Với em, quê hương Hưng Yên cũng có vị trí vô cùng đặc biệt. Trong tâm trí em, danh lam thắng cảnh ở quê hương mà em ấn tượng hơn cả là đền Chử Đồng Tử - một danh lam liên quan đến tín ngưỡng, tâm linh.

Đền Chử Đồng Tử được xem là “Tứ bất tử” của tín ngưỡng dân tộc. Nó nằm ở địa phận thôn Đa Hòa, xã Bình Minh và xã Dạ Trạch, huyện Khoái Châu. Nói tới hai vị trí địa lí như vậy bởi đền gồm hai ngôi đền là đền Đa Hòa và đền Dạ Trạch nằm ở vị trí tương ứng với hai địa danh trên.

Đền Chử Đồng Tử là không gian thiêng liêng của tín ngưỡng, văn hóa. Không khí nơi đây là không khí mảnh đất Hưng Yên, không khí của làng quê Bắc Bộ thanh bình. Đến thăm đền Chử Đồng Tử, ta không thể không ấn tượng với những cánh cò bay, những rặng tre xanh rì rào trong gió.

Cái mộc mạc của làng quê, hương vị xóm làng vô cùng thân thuộc với mỗi người. Đến gần các đền hơn, ta sẽ bắt gặp tượng thờ. Tượng được tạc bằng đồng, cao lớn, uy nghi. Hương khói phả ra ngày đêm tạo nên không khí thanh tịnh của một vùng tâm linh. Mọi thứ đều rất cổ kính, mộc mạc. Những nội thất từ gỗ làm ta dễ dàng chìm đắm trong cảnh quê, tình quê. Tượng thơ có Chử Đồng Tử, cũng có một vài tượng thờ khác trong mỗi gian thờ. Tượng tạc uy nghi và khiến ta không thể không nghiêng cẩn cúi mình tôn trọng, ngưỡng vọng.

Hằng năm, tại hai ngôi đền đều diễn ra những lễ hội độc đáo. Các lễ hội ở đây chính là sự tổ chức của bản sắc văn hóa. Du khách muôn nơi đổ về với sự ngưỡng mộ dành cho Chử Đồng Tử cũng như muốn tham quan văn hóa làng quê độc đáo, ấn tượng. Ý nghĩa mà ngôi đền mang đến không chỉ là sự thờ phụng, không chỉ là sự trân trọng, ngợi ca mà còn hơn cả là sự bảo tồn nét đẹp văn hóa cổ truyền của dân tộc trong từng nghi thức dâng hương, trong cái nghiêng mình kính cẩn.

Có lẽ không chỉ quê hương Hưng Yên với đền thờ Chử Đồng Tử. Trên đất nước Việt Nam, ta cũng bắt gặp muôn vàn cảnh đẹp, muôn ngàn cái hay, cái ý nghĩa ở đời. Mỗi danh lam thắng cảnh thì đều rất cần bảo tồn, lưu giữ. Và mỗi người thì đều có sứ mệnh vì quê hương, phát triển, làm giàu, làm đẹp giá trị văn hóa quê hương mình.

With fast growth of civilization there is also an ever mounting need for energy. Energy may be in the form of fuels or electricity. Petrol is a liquid fuel which is used widely nowadays. But this kind of fuels is likely to be exhausted at the rate man is using it recently.}

To meet the challenge, various methods have been suggested. One is to minimize the man’s demand in using the energy. Non-essential consumption should be minimized. During certain days of the year, people all over the world turn off the electricity for 1 hour to save the energy. Modern gadgets consuming energy should only be used when they are absolutely necessary.

Energy conservation is possible through modernization of plant and equipment. People should replace the obsolete equipment by the modern ones.

Energy can be saved on transport by the following methods. People should commute by the rail rather than by cars and vans. The transport must be improved with a view to sparing the energy. Cities must be planned in such a way that the commuting distance from this place to others is minimized.

In industry, many things could be done to reduce waste of energy or to economize energy. The machine maintenance needs to be tightened; heater must be utilized properly. When systems are streamlined, economy in fuel is obvious. Instead of using materials requiring higher energy, those which require lower energy should be used.

We hope man with his ever rising urge for existence will cope up with this urgent problem and find alternatives.

My hobby is watching TV. I love watching TV in my free time very much. Watching television is my indoor hobby however it never interfere with my study at school or at home. My hobby is watching TV. I very much to watch TV in my free time. Watching TV is my hobby however it never interfere with my study. First I prefer to complete my school home works and study well then I watch TV. I think I have a good hobby because watching TV provides me good knowledge in many areas. I generally see news and discovery channels including animal planet on the TV. I also watch good cartoons which give me new and creative ideas to make arts and cartoons. Hello, everybody! My name is Thao. Today I am here to present to you about Favorite TV shows. I very watching cartoons. And of all the film I have seen, “Grave of the fireflies” is one in the cartoons which I most. In Vietnamese it’s called is “Can ham đom đom” or “Mo đom đom”. It’s a tragic story about two childents in the war. It’s made from Japan by Ghibli studio, directed and written by Takahata  Isao. It is based on a nover of Nosaka Akiyuki. It’s written as a apologize to his sister. With Japanese, this film is understand as a fable about the respect. Film is been in historical background at the end of the seconds world war from Japan. Film tells a painful story but moving to brothers sentiment of two orphanages : Seita and Setsuko. They lost mother after a fierce bombing of American air force to Kobe city while their father combat for Japanese navy. So Seita and Setsuko must to struggle to exist between the famine and the resistance to merciless of surrounding people (that have their kinship). They have to live in a shelter-pit and often eat frogs and lizards. At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, pictures depict painfulness and the death of little girl can be considered as the most mournful film pictures in the cartoon Japan history. When everybody, who had seen this film are asked, most of them said they cried, and that have me.That brings me to the end of my presentation. Many thanks for your attention!

Every day, I always eat rice with some meat and fish because it has more good nutrients such as: protein, lipit...And I sometimes eat fast food as: hamburger, KFC...And I drink some juices.
