Vậy \(x = \frac{{ - 3}}{2}\).

\(\Leftrightarrow\frac{x}{840}-\frac{17}{210}=\frac{8x}{15}+\frac{19}{60}+\frac{2}{3}\)

\(\Leftrightarrow\frac{x}{840}.840-\frac{17}{210}.840=\frac{8x}{15}.840+\frac{19}{60}.840+\frac{2}{3}.840\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x-68=448x+226+560\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x-68=448x+826\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x=448x+826+68\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x=448x+894\)

Vậy \(x = \frac{1}{{16}}\).

\(\frac{x-2016}{2}+\frac{x-2016}{4}=\frac{x-2032}{8}+\frac{x-2016}{14}\)

\(\left(x-2016\right)\left(\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{4}\right)=\frac{x-2016}{8}-2+\frac{x-2016}{14}\)

\(\left(x-2016\right)\cdot\frac{3}{4}=\left(x-2016\right)\left(\frac{1}{8}+\frac{1}{14}\right)-2\)

\(\frac{2^{4-x}}{16^5}=32^6\)

=> \(\frac{2^{4-x}}{\left(2^4\right)^5}=\left(2^5\right)^6\)

=> \(\frac{2^{4-x}}{2^{20}}=2^{30}\)

=> \(2^{4-x}=2^{30}.2^{20}\)

=> \(2^{4-x}=2^{50}\)

=> 4  - x = 50

=> x = 4 - 50 = -46

\(\frac{3^{2x+3}}{9^3}=9^{14}\)

=> \(\frac{3^{2x+3}}{\left(3^2\right)^3}=\left(3^2\right)^{14}\)

=> \(\frac{3^{2x+3}}{3^6}=3^{28}\)

=> \(3^{2x+3}=3^{28}.3^6\)

=> \(3^{2x+3}=3^{34}\)

=> 2x + 3 = 34

=> 2x = 34 - 3

=> 2x = 31

\(\Rightarrow\frac{1}{x+2}-\frac{1}{x+4}+\frac{1}{x+4}-\frac{1}{x+8}-\frac{1}{x+8}-\frac{1}{x+16}=\frac{x}{\left(x+2\right)\left(x+14\right)}\)

\(\Rightarrow\frac{1}{x+2}-\frac{1}{x+16}=\frac{x}{\left(x+2\right)\left(x+14\right)}\)

\(\Rightarrow\frac{\left(x+16\right)-\left(x+2\right)}{\left(x+2\right)\left(x+16\right)}=\frac{x}{\left(x+2\right)\left(x+14\right)}\)
