There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Morever, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

Ngày nay, các vấn đề về giao thông là một trong những vấn đề lớn nhất ở Hà Nội- thủ đô của Việt Nam đang phải đối mặt. Vấn đề đầu tiên là tắc đường. Có quá nhiều người sử dụng các phương tiện trên đường, đặc biệt vào giờ cao điểm khi tất cả mọi người đều vội vã đi làm hay về nhà. Vấn đề tiếp theo là đường đi chất lượng kém. Đường đi quá hẹp, gập ghềnh và mấp mô. Hơn nữa, nhiều con phố ở Hà Nội thường xuyên ngập lụt khi trời mưa to gây khó khăn trong việc di chuyển. Tai nạn giao thông là vấn đề lớn nhất. Hàng ngày, có ngày càng nhiều vụ tai nạn xảy ra bởi những người lái xe bất cẩn như lái xe sau khi uống chất có cồn, không đội mũ bảo hiểm, ..v.v. Vì thế, việc giải quyết các vấn đề giao thông hiện nay không chỉ là trách nhiệm của thành phố Hà Nội mà còn ở ý thức của chính chúng ta.

In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.

With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chaotic. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.

In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on

motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.

In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

Living in the countryside is really good for your life because of these reasons:- First, living in the country can bring you a clean evironment. The air is fresher and there are lots oftrees, rice fields and rivers, you can walk on the fields or along the rivers to enjoy the clean and fresh airthere in the early morning.- Second, living in the countryside is cheaper than in the city because people there have lower income anddon’t have the habit of spending a lot of money. If you live in the country, you can save a lot of money.- Finally, people in the country are more friendly and opener than people in the city because they live neareach other. People live together in a small village so they can talk countryside can have festivals and youcan join and fell very happy.In conclusin, there are many benefits of living in the country.

Living in the countryside is very wonderful! Why do I say that? Just because there are so many advantages of that thing. First, when you live in the countryside, you can enjoy the fresh air everytime. You can try a lot of fresh foods, such as: vegetables, fish, many kind of meats, ect... Second, we can even develop or produce them. In the countryside, there are a lot of trees, flowers, paddie fields or rivers, so every afternoon, you can play so many games playing marbles, skipping, flying a kite, ...ect even on the road because traffic in the countryside isn't chao in the city. So that, do you want to try living in the countryside?

Living in the countryside has a lot of advantages, but also many disadvantages. As the advantage we can consider the fact that the country is less polluted and the traffic isn't so heavy. You are fit and you don't need to worry about your health condition, because in the countryside the air and water are so clean. In the country there are many plant species. There aren't any huge blocks of flats, modern skyscrapers or bothersome traffic jams. In the country you are free to admire the breathtaking landscapes such as huge meadows, peaceful hills or forests. You can enjoy walking in the forest and picking mushrooms or hunting. Another advantage is that you may easily build a big house and the garden, because charges for ground are much lower than in the suburbs. Moreover, living in the countryside is cheaper than it is in the city, so you probably may afford many other things, because the prices are lower. What is more, you can invite your friends to the barbecue organized in your garden. It would be great! The other positive side is the safety. In the rural area the crime rate is much lower. There aren't a lot of housebreaks and the possibility of burglary is also lower. In the countryside people usually and keep eyes on neighbour's estates. They always react when something strange is happening. Country life is very peaceful and silent. You will enjoy the feeling of peace.

However, there are a lot of positive aspects of living in the country side, there are also some disadvantages. Living in the country is slower. People don't need to hurry and have a lot of time. People in the country don't have to work so many hours as they do in the city. On the other hand, they don't earn so much money. Moreover, there aren't such interesting things to do during free time. The unemployment rate is also much higher than in the city. The problem may be also the communication. If you don't have your own car, you may have problem how to commute to work. The same problem concerns the access to the hospitals, schools, police stations and shops, which are usually located far from the village. Last of all, there are some dangers connected with country life such as heavy snowfall or rainfall.

To sum up, I think that living in the country may have a lot of advantages such as fresh air, breathtaking landscapes and comfort, but a lot of people decide to stay in the city, due to the fact that the life in the town is easier. The easy access to shops and other institutions are the great advantage.

There are a lot of things in the countryside and I will tell you something about it. As you know, the air in the countryside is very fresh and the sky is vast here. There are no buildings to block the view. Country folk are more friendly than city folk. I know everybody in my village. But in the countryside, the entertainment centre is far and some house don't have wifi, the things that everyone in the city need. the contryside has benefits that a boring person would ever discover.
