\(=\dfrac{4\left(m-1\right)^2+3\left(m-1\right)+12}{m-1}=4\left(m-1\right)+\dfrac{12}{m-1}+3\)
\(A\ge2\sqrt{4\left(m-1\right).\dfrac{12}{m-1}}+3=3+8\sqrt{3}\)
Dấu "=" xảy ra khi \(4\left(m-1\right)=\dfrac{12}{m-1}\Rightarrow m=1+\sqrt{3}\)
