We should eat heathy food such as meat,fish,eggs,yogurt,a lot of vegetables,and should a lot of fruits,too.if we eat unhealthy food such as candy,fast food...but we do not exercises,we will get obesity.so we do exercises or play some kinds of sports every morning,and we should not be lazy.when we go out,we should wear a sun hat

Firstly, we can use leaves to wrap food , reuse and recycle bottles and cans to reduce garbage

Secondly, we shouldn’t throw trash onto the water to keep water cleaner put garbage bins around the school yard to prevent lazy students from throwing trash and to keep the schoolyard clean.

Nextly, we should go to school or to work on foot or by bicycle to reduce exhaust fume to keep our air cleaner.

Hello everybody! My name is Linh. Today I will tell us about how to keep fit and stay healthy. In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than. Fourthly, we should spend more time to enjoy outdoor activities than playing games on computer or watching TV, because they can affect our eyes. Finally, we should go to see a doctor to check our health. My opinion is end. Thanks for listening

Staying healthy physically can help you stay healthy emotionally too. A person with good health and fitness becomes able to live his/her life to its fullest extent. It is very important for a person in life to be physically and mentally fit to live a healthy and happy life. Healthy and fit people become less prone to the medical conditions. Fitness does not mean to be physically fit only, it also means with healthy mental state of the person. One can get healthy mental state if he/she becomes physically fit. The simple way to remain healthy and fit is having stress free mind with regular exercise and balanced diet. People who maintain their ideal weight become less prone to the cardiac and other health problems. People who are physically active can easily maintain a relaxed state of mind. Healthy and fit people can easily face all the ups and downs of their life and less affected by any drastic change.

To live and work well we must have good health, so I get some routine to keep my health. Every morning, I get up early that to go for a walk about 20 minutes. I don't ever forget to have breakfast, because it's very important to provide my energy working all day. I don't drink any alcohol as beer, coffee, ect... According to me, one of the best ways to stay health, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with meals, and drink a lot of water.
I usually sleep 7 hours and don't stay up late. Besides, to reduce the problem of stress and get my energy back, I often come back to my country to relax and breath fresh air. It's not so far, only 30km. I really feel comfortable there.
