If people come to Hue, they will unforgettable the flavor of Bun bo Hue – a specialty of Hue. A bowl of noodles with white noodles, pieces of pig’s trotters… will make unique impression about Hue cuisine. The major ingredient to cook “bun bo Hue” is beef and pork. Beef is chosen carefully, pork would be taken from elbow down to the pig’s feet. Then take them washed, shaved pork, boiled them about half an hour. The broth is prepared by simmering beef bones and beef shank with lemongrass and then seasoned with fermented shrimp sauce and sugar for taste. Spicy chili oil is added later during the cooking process. Furthermore, it is commonly served with lime wedges, cilantro sprigs, diced green onions, raw sliced onions, chili sauce, thinly sliced banana blossom, red cabbage, mint, basil, perilla, persicaria odorata or Vietnamese coriander (rau răm), saw tooth herb (ngò gai) and sometimes mung bean sprouts.To sum up, it is one of the most famous dishes in Vietnam, you should try to eat Bun bo Hue at least one time.

Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.

She usually goes to some of her favorite stores, and the staffs there even remember what she is about to order. The most suitable dish with milk tea is mixed rice paper. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they like. At lunch time, she often buys a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then goes to the store and buys a glass of milk tea. Her mother always complains that she did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for her. After a time of eating whatever she likes, she feels that her mother's words are right.She still loves these two dishes, but now she knows how to adjust the level more appropriately. Eventually, it turns out that a group of gangland with enormous power and money exploits the poor’s disadvantages to reduce many crimes of the city mayor. The film carries a deep message that the life value in human society has been decreased in 21^st century. Specifically, the film’s shot on location in Korea. On one hand, the miserable always lead a good life; on the other hand, the rich enjoy their life by making corrupt use of other people. Throughout the movie, we learn that what goes around comes around. As long as I am concerned, all the characters were carefully casted then played the scenes repeatedly to give out the best quality. The main characters are Kwon Yoo, Yeo Wool and they are played by Ji Chang Wook and Shim Eun Kyung. Both of their acting were excellent, which expressed strong emotions to audience. Additionally, the special effects are fantastic when describing the scene of Kwon Yoo’s prison-break. However, some scenes are not touching due to few unexpected features. Olympia is one of my favorite TV show. This is a television knowledge contest for high school students. It is always shown on VTV 3 at 13 o'clock every Sunday. Candidates are the best students in the country. MC is quite charming and beautiful lady. The program also has a team of consultants who are experienced teachers. In the program, there are 4 competitions, which in turn is the start, the obstacle, accelerate and the goal. Every competition is very interesting and exciting, it requires students not only knowledge from books but also social knowledge. Contestants do not only have knowledge but also must have both brave and self-confidence. The students, parents go cheer for the contestants are very enthusias. In the contestants, competitor that I most is Lam Vu Tuan, he is very talented and funny. My biggest dream is to study well and paripate in the program compete for knowledge.
