Getting plenty of rest is really important! It helps you to avoid depression and it helps you to concentrate at school. You'll also be fresher in the mornings!
3. Eat less junk food
You are what you eat! So make sure it's healthy food like fruits and vegetables, no junk food. It can help you to avoid obesity too.
4. Wash your hands more
It's so easy to get flu. We should all try to keep clean more. Then flu will find it harder to spread!
5. Watch less TV
There are some great things to watch. But too much isn't good for you or your eyes.
6.Spend less playing computer games
Many of us love computer games, but we should spend less time playing them. Limit your time to just one hour, two or three dáy a week, or less.

Thật dễ để mắc bệnh cảm cúm. Chúng ta nên cố gắng giữ sạch hơn nữa. Sau đó cảm cúm sẽ khó tìm thấy nó hơn để lây lan.

5. Xem ti vi ít hơn.

Có vài điều hay để xem. Nhưng quá nhiều cũng không tốt cho bạn hay mắt của bạn.

6. Dành chơi máy tính ít hơn.

Nhiều người chúng ta thích chơi máy tính, nhưng chúng ta nên ít dành thời gian chơi nó hơn. Hạn chế thời gian của bạn một tiếng, hai hay 3 ngày trong tuần, hay ít hơn nữa.

1. Tập thể dục nhiều hơn:giữ dáng là lời khuyên quan trọng nhất của chúng ta. Bạn có thể chơi đá bóng,hay thậm chí là đi bộ đường dài. Nó ổn,nhưng hãy đảm bảo rằng bạn sẽ tập 3 lần một tuần hoặc nhiều hơn nữa!

2. ngủ nhiều hơn: Nghỉ ngơi nhiều thật sự rất quan trọng! Nó giúp bạn phòng tránh sự mệt mỏi và giúp bạn tập trung ở trường. Bạn cũng sẽ sảng khoái hơn vào buổi sáng.

3.ăn ít đồ ăn vặt: Bạn là những gì bạn ăn! Vì vậy hãy chắc chắn rằng nó là đồ ăn tốt như hoa quả và rau củ, không phải đồ ăn vặt.Nó cũng giúp bạn phòng tránh bệnh béo phì.

4. Rửa tay nhiều hơn:nó thật dễ dàng để bị cảm cúm. Chúng ta nên cố gắng giữ vệ sinh hơn. Sau đó bệnh cảm cúm sẽ thấy nó khó hơn để lây lan.

5. Xem TV ít hơn: Có rất nhiều thứ tuyệt vời để xem. Nhưng nhiều quá sẽ không tốt cho bạn và mắt của bạn.

6. Dành thời gian chơi máy tính ít hơn: Rất nhiều trong chúng ta yêu trò chơi máy tính, nhưng chúng ta nên dành thời gian chơi chúng ít hơn. Thời gian giới hạn của bạn chỉ là 1 giờ, 2 hay 3 ngày trong tuần, hoặc ít hơn.
