I live in ... province and there are a lot of traffic problem here.First ,there are a lot of people using the roads expecially in rush hours when people run out to work or get home from those places .Second ,there are many vehicle but the roads are narrow and bumpy so there are a lot of traffic problems here.Last but not least ,some children play football on the roads and many animals crossing the roads have blocked traffic here .I think we should obey traffic rules anh traffic signs as well.

Nowadays, traffic is one of the most serious problems in our world. My town has the same problem. Neither children nor adults obey the traffic regulations. As far as I know, everyday, especially in overcrowded city, there are total hundreds of traffic accidients happen with thousands of people die. And all the reasons: not following the traffic regulations. This includes running red-lights, rash jaywalking, traveling three, four, or even five to a motorbike or bicycle, etc. All of the infringements I mentioned above are just one of the problems of traffic in my city. In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.

With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chaotic. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.

In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on

motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.

In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

It's very dangerous if you are not familiar with transportation here. There are some roads which are narrow and swampy when there is heavy ram. Moreover, some young people drive on the road dangerously. They don't respect the traffic rules strictly and they even play on the street with their motors.

2. I like watching films in my free time and one of my favourite films is Taken 2. It an action film but it is moving , too. It stars Liam Neeson and Maggie Grace. The film is about Bryan Mills . He works for CIA. One day, he and his family travel to Turkey. He doesn't know that some criminals want to takerevenge his family. He fights the criminals and does his best to save hiswife and daughter. The plot makes people so thrill and the acting is so wonderful. Crictics say it is a must-see , especially for people who like action film. I like this film because it combines an action film and moving film. Go and see it if you can.

1.Traffic jams in Vietnam only frequently take place in Hanoi capital and Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnamese people seem be accustomed to traffic congestion, even miss it whenever they go to other places.

There is no fixed rule for the time the traffic jams to happen but it is worst during the rush hour when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Apart from peak hours, the time between 9 am to 10 am and between 3 pm to 4 pm also witnesses long lines of vehicles, mainly motorbikes, struggling to get out of narrow streets. Whenever it rains, the traffic jam gets more terrible with the joining hand of flooding. Taxis are extremely hard to catch or wave during the downpour. However, it only takes about 30 minutes on average for a standstill and 2 hours to get through the worst, not really bad compared to that of other countries.

While the rapid increase in car use coupled with the deterioration of roads caused by disordered planning make the matter worse, the most annoying thing about the traffic jam is the way people react when being stuck at the congestion. Most road users ride their motorbikes on the pavement rather than waiting calmly, or they constantly use their horns to hasten riders in the front, even shouting at them from time to time. More luckily, bicyclists can leisurely carry their “war- horses” on their backs and thread their way through messy matrixes.

The congestion is not anathema to all people and in all cases. One of the redeeming features of the traffic jams is that it is often regarded as a last resort for Vietnamese when all explanations for being late seem unreasonable. The losses we are suffering may be more than that, the losses of health as breathing the polluted air must be taken into account. Driving motorbike in big cities brings to us zero pleasure and much stress. Bad traffic kills more than one. Of course, there’re the accidents we see and fear, but there’s also a more silent killer: traffic jam that hold up ambulances, patients caught in gridlock often don’t receive the attention they need in time and often die because of it.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the problem of traffic accidents is really serious. The following measures should be taken to reduce the seriousness/to minimize the consequences of this problem.

There is no doubt that one of the main reasons of serious traffic accidents is the riders’ or drivers’ carelessness and lack of self-control.

Last but not least, calling for every citizen’s obeying traffic laws is crucial. The cit dwellers’ awareness of the necessity to obey traffic law is quite low; consequently, they travel along the streets without paying close attention to traffic lights and other signals. Quite often, motor-cyclists occupy the lanes for cars and other four-wheel motor vehicles while taxi drivers speed up, forcing the riders/drivers of other vehicles to give way to them. It takes a lot of time and energy to draw the attention of anyone who does travel along the streets in Ho Chi Minh City to the well-established traffic laws here in particular and to make each of the city dwellers a law-abiding citizen in general. But it is worth it!

In conclusion, we are all overwhelmed by the increasing number of the traffic accidents in Ho Chi Minh City nowadays. It is time to upgrade the whole system of the main streets in this city and apply strong efficient measures both to punish those who break traffic laws and to call for every citizen’s consciousness of obeying these laws strictly whenever he/she travels along the street in this city. The sooner these suggestions will be taken into account, the less serious the traffic accidents happening in Ho Chi Minh City will be.”

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

When I was a student, I used to live in Hanoi.So I was the person who always got traffic jams. Nowadays, althought the traffic in Hanoi has been improved ,it still is one of the most serious problems in our society. In my opinion, there are some following ways to reduce the traffic jams. Firstly, The government should build more motorways because many streets and roads are narrow, a lot of transports share one road so it is easy to cause accidents and traffic jams. Secondly, a law about driving in city center should be given. Motorists driving in city center must be charged strictly. There are too much motocycles in the city, many motorisrs are too young, they don't have driving license, they don't understand the law or they don't obey the law seriously . The government should encourage people to use the puplic transport by discouring the price for someone who always uses public transport, especially for students ,workers, etc, opening more bus routes,maybe build the subway. I think subway is the best way to reduce the traffic jams. Things we should do immedietely are educating people from early age, issueing a law in traffic, banning stricly the person who don't obey the law. In conclusion, we should be aware of disadvantages of traffic jams. It affects on every sides of our life.
