Nowadays, people start to care more about their appearance. And they especially care about their teeth. If you have strong teeth, you can both be more beautiful and keep fit. To keep your teeth, the easiest way is brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day and you shouldn't eat too much food which makes your teeth worse such as candies, sugar, fried food. And you must go to see the doctor at least 2 times a year to sure that your teeth don't have any problems. The last thing is: don't eat much food at night, especially sweet food. How to keep your health

When people don't care about their health, they can take the risk of having illnesses. So you must keep your health to study harder and you can join many activities. To keep your health, you should do morning exercises or go to the gym club every day. You should eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. You shouldn't eat fast food although they are really delicious. But don't think it's all, the most important thing is keeping fit when the weather is not ok: you must wear a raincoat when it's rainy, you must wear sunhat when it's hot and wear a coat when it's cold. Finally, you shouldn't stay at home and use the computer too much. Go out and take up a sport to be healthy!

Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

To live and work well we must have good health, so I get some routine to keep my health. Every morning, I get up early that to go for a walk about 20 minutes. I don't ever forget to have breakfast, because it's very important to provide my energy working all day. I don't drink any alcohol as beer, coffee, ect... According to me, one of the best ways to stay health, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with meals, and drink a lot of water.
I usually sleep 7 hours and don't stay up late. Besides, to reduce the problem of stress and get my energy back, I often come back to my country to relax and breath fresh air. It's not so far, only 30km. I really feel comfortable there.

It's necessary to keep your fit. There are many way for you keep your fit. But I think you can notice some point. First, you should do exercises regular such as swimming, jogging, or ride bicycle. The second, you should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment and usually have breakfast. You should eat less meat, more and more vegetable, fruit, salad, and drink a lot of water, about 1,5l to 2l per day. Next, you should go to bed early, not stay at late, and at least 6 hours per day. And finally, you shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure and stress. That is many way to keep your fit, you can do it.

Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.

Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.

Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.

In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.
